We just came back from a wonderful 6 days all girls trip in Leh, Ladakh. For 3 out of 6 nights, we stayed at hotel the Zen Ladakh, Leh. The rooms were clean, and comfortable with beautiful view of the Himalayas. the staff very hospitable. And it serves excellent food with good variety. For the tour our driver was Ali (mobile no. +918899198846), who was extremely sensible, friendly and helpful. We felt very safe. The car was clean and comfortable and we couldn't wish for a better service. Highly recommend the Zen Ladakh, Leh for a comfortable stay and tour driver Ali for taxi services.

Would like say a heartfelt thanks to the Zen Ladhakh and specifically Mr Thinlas Norboo for helping with a superb vacation in ladhakh. The Zen is a great choice of Hotel for Leh- it has all the amenities one would need for comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and airy, food is good and above all the staff is very supportive and courteous. Mr Thinlas helped us with our bookings also for Nubra and Pangong and arranged for travel. Would also like to mention, the travel to Nubra and Pangong was well organized. Mr Nurboo, our driver knew the terrain well and is an excellent driver. Mr Thinlas also helped us with medical requirements for the terrain and was reassuring and helped acclimatise well in leh. We booked a Royal suite which was pretty spacious and comfy with all facilities in it. Most of the rooms have mountain view. Hotel has other amenities like snooker room, garden, an open restaurant and a medical room with Oxygen arrangement etc. Wifi signal in our room was weak so maintenance promptly arranged for a router outside our room itself. As it got a bit hot in the afternoon, this room had AC which infact very few hotels in Leh have. Special mention to Mr. Vivek from the reservation team who helped us with our last minute booking for 2 nights. Hotel arranged for local sight seeing and for the Nubra and Pangong trip. Back from there, for our 3rd night, Mr. Vivek, gave us a room upgrade too. Manager WangChuk was very warm, helping and welcoming. Kids loved playing with the Hotel Dog, Liu. …

The Hotel is a grand piece of architecture with a imposing facade and well built interiors. The room.where we stayed is superbly built with well.appointed interiors.View of the outside space from the room is just awesome. The front office staff is very cooperative and helpful. In particular Shri Raj Das is very efficient competent and always willing to help.He is an asset for the Hotel. Of course the other staff of the front office as well as restaurant and housekeeping personnel are disciplined and full of manners. We were 16 of us occupying 7 rooms for 4th and 5th and later 9th and 10th. the welcome, guidance to acclimatize and planning our trip was very good. we planned for 2 days in Pangong which they corrected to 2 days in Nubra and one day in Pangong. The special care to provide us with local delicacies and guide us on a day-to-day basis made our stay excellent and the trip memorable. M r. Wangchuk was particular to enquire of our plans and offer suggestions more like one of us rather than any commercial motive. excellent rooms, prompt attending to issues, great food and providing medical attention and oxygen cylinder are some of the things that made our stay cherish able. we didn't try any other hotel so I cant say this is best but I have no reason to try any other place for the next 10 visits. …

Upon entry we were greeted with drinks. Staff was always eager to carry luggage. Our stay was pleasant, staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had good experience staying here. Breakfast and Dinner had great variety of vegetarian options. Ambience was amazing.
