Hotel Caravan in Leh is very strategically located with a nice garden with lots of flower & 🍎 trees...the Services are very prompt. Staffs are very customer friendly & helpful..... Enjoyed our entire stay. Hope to come back soon

The rooms are well-equipped and a kettle/ coffee set can be requested. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and those at the restaurant serve with a smile on their faces- good hospitality. Good variety of food available at the restaurant for breakfasts and dinners (we are vegetarian). Note that check out time is 9AM.

the hotel is unhygienic, under equipped and low on professional service. it is in major need of a revamp both in terms of interior and exterior design, interior hygiene, staff training and hygiene, and food quality.

Stay at Caravan Center was too too good , All the staff was highly proactive and Vijay , Neeraj Rohit , Akhilesh and Raju stood at every moment to make it a great stay , Rooms were highly clean and arranged well . cook Vishnu also Helped a lot . every Evening at Dinner Ankit and Rohit would serve with a smiling Face . excllent Property and value for money . must stay place . compliments to all Staff for making it a great

A lot of the staff members working there were from plains part of India. They were great...always smiling and ready to help!! The hotel was very clean especially the rooms. They served good food with different options every day! Stayed there for 3 nights and it was splendid!!

Hotel CARVAN CENTRAL . In our opinion best , 1. we give 10000 % to its serving staff , extremly carefull and very very cooperative , with very prompt and caring response. 2. Food quality and variety is amazing , with range covering classical delicacies to chinese menus. No doubt best in leh . 3.Hotel premises and rooms etc are very clean and well decorated . Previously our agent promised us for this hotel but due to its services it got sold out very soon , so he told us for any other but on our constant insistance he gave us this hotel , we both finally r very satisfied with overall quality of hotel specially the loving and caring staff very very much and recommend everyone atleast once try their services , trust me you wont be displeased . Thanks to hotel staff for their excellent services .…

the service was amazing, they even provided candles in each room because power cuts are common in ladakh. the best part about the hotel was the food that was provided , it was so delicious and had so much variety, even though chicken isn't available there in much quantity and quality, the hotel still served it. the staff was amazing and so the service. i honestly have 0 complains.
