Detailed Reviews
A great place, wonderful people and excellent home cooked food...a perfect ending for our Ladakh vacation in the midst of pandemic. We would like to thank Namgyal and his family for taking us around the local places and inviting us for breakfast in their own kitchen. It was a memorable experience for all of us. We would love to go back someday.

Review: Namra Hotel
During my stay at the Namra Hotel I was immediately surprised by the serene atmosphere and the breathtaking surroundings. The hotel is beautifully situated amidst nature, which makes it the ideal place for those looking for peace and relaxation.
The rooms are comfortably and stylishly decorated with a nod to the local culture, giving the stay an authentic touch. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the room was always spotless. Moreover, many rooms offer spectacular views, which really makes you feel like you are surrounded by nature.
As for the service, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help, whether it is giving tourist tips or arranging extra amenities. Their hospitality really made me feel at home.
One of the highlights was the hotel restaurant. The food is fresh, varied and delicious. They serve both local cuisine and international options, making every meal a feast. The breakfast was extensive and of high quality, with plenty of choice for every taste.
The only slight downside was that the wifi connection was a bit slow in some parts of the hotel, especially during peak hours. However, this is understandable given its remoteness, and it even added to the charm of the experience, as it allowed me to enjoy the surroundings more and be less distracted by technology.
All in all, the Namra Hotel offers a perfect balance between luxury and nature, with excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in a beautiful natural setting.

Namra Hotel at Temisgam is a homely and warm place to spend a few days in. It is a family run resort and great care was taken to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are neat, clean and cosy, the food fresh and wholesome (most of the ingredients being sourced from their own organic garden). Outdoor spaces to relax in are the two small gardens and a patio overlooking the monastery on the hill across. The helpers are polite and accommodating.

Our stay at Namra Hotel was the most memorable experience we had. The Hotel is managed by the entire family and they treat each and every guest with utmost care and love. The Hotel Room gives a feeling of ancient King and Queen Suit room. It is surrounded by a beautiful river and has apricots, walnuts and apple trees in the premises, which will make you feel like you have been staying in a heaven on earth. Visiting Sham valley is like exploring a hidden gem. A must recommended place. We had initially planned only one night stay but ended up staying for 3 nights. Hats off to "NONO (The owner) and his family members who made us feel like home.

This is a hotel run by Namgyal and his family. The hotel is situated in Namra village which is almost two hours drive from the airport. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. They served us food in their own ladakhi kitchen with lots of love and huge affection.Breakfast used to be heavy and sumptuous.Rajeshwar , manager at front desk, was always helpful. And of course Namgyal was always there to help with our travel needs. I will highly recommend this hotel if one wishes to spend some quite and quality time with family or friends.

People do visit leh, nubra and pangong but this place is a hidden beauty. It is located at 100 km from Leh and has lot of greenery.
Talking about Namra, one of the finest stays I have had in my life. The staff is so welcoming and friendly! Special callout to Namgay, he arranged whatever was needed.
We even spotted shooting stars and milkyway from here.
Do plan a two day stay, there are things you can cover.
Food was organic and tasty.
