We stayed at this hotel from 19-25 July and I am pleased to share my amazing experience during the stay.
They gave us a warm traditional welcome with authentic Kahwa.
Management team - Mr Pawan and Mr Ubaiz Batt was kind enough to allot us the room of my choice with garden view although hotel was running on high occupancy.
Buffet breakfast was amazing which covers almost everything you would want to have for breakfast (healthy items, high protein and some lovely Indian parathas)
Restuarant staff supported us and addressed all our requests.
Room service, Cleanliness, Support staff were all hard working and generous enough to resolve any issues we have on priority.
Hotel garden is soo beautiful that we loved to sit outside and relax during some free time.
It is located at fort Road near main market so most of the locations including Airport was at convinient distance.
Many thanks Spic n Span team for all your support and superb hospitality.

Hey Travellers,
I had visited Mesmerising Leh- Ladakh in the first week of September 2021 with my family. Our return Indigo flight for Mumbai was on Sept. 12. Unfortunately, due to bad weather conditions at Leh, the ( Leh - Mumbai) flight got suspended. Above that, the hotel we stayed at Leh was fully sold out. Later, we searched for the options and found The Hotel Spic and Span. It was nearby Leh airport. We had booked two deluxe rooms. The ambiance was great, rooms were cozy and tidy. The staff was polite and cooperative. The food was good.

Due to the downpours on September 12, it was cold in the morning. Moreover, there was no water in the bathrooms and toilets. Additionally, We had to leave for the airport. Hence, we requested the hotel staff and they provided one bucket of hot water to my parent's room. After a while, lukewarm water started coming from the taps and we managed to take shower 🚿.
Overall, It was a good experience staying with the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality team.! Good Luck...

Wonderful stay. It was our base for the various 1-3 day activities we did around Ladakh, so we greatly appreciated a peaceful ( it looks onto it’s own outdoor space hidden away from the main road) clean and warm place to get back to every time. The staff is ready to help in anything you may need and they have a good restaurant that serves buffet breakfast. Short walking distance to main market. Highly recommended

Stayed at this property twice with a interval of 3 days. A mid budget, well located hotel with good service, courteous staff and good food. They have a open kitchen which is a very good concept. Secondly there is 24 hrs running hot water, meaning one does not have to waste 4/5 buckets of water before hot water starts flowing in taps like quite a few hotels in Leh, who are not conscious about water conservation. Mr Vijender Singh at front office was extremely helpful and very responsive. Room no 317 and 316 in that order are the best since they are located on the top most floor with a attached terrace and command a fantastic view of the snow clad peaks. The only major problem was there are no mirror in the room . Half mirror of the Bathroom is good for shaving but a full length mirror is a must. Minor observations like, the loosely hanging curtains may be put in place so also stick the portion of wall paper which has peeled off. Also please provide a Gratuity box at the reception so that the TIPS offered are shared by even those working behind the scene like the cleaning and the pantry staff. Over all a wonderful experience and will surely stay at this place again during our next visit .Thank you Team Spic and Span

A very good hotel. rooms are good and comfortable, clean. .There is WIFI.
Room rates could be high for a seasonal operation in a place like this. Restaurant is very good. Food options are available served hot . Tea and coffee as part of breakfast is there. Any order of tea and coffee is charged.
The staff is prompt, and respond quite fast. As I always say places where it is a seasonal business everyone works to make the best in the limited time.
The hotel is 20 mins from Lee Airport and the hotel caters to pick up and drop , for a charge.
The Let market is walkable ,and closely. One can spend time at leisure walking around. The local people are mostly very nice, one gcan see a lot of Tibetan Refugee s selling many interesting things in the market. Kashmiri wool and artefacts are also marketed here. The local Momos, Ladakhi Pulao are things not to miss....A local wine Chang is also a thing to explore.

I personally had a very good time with special mention to all the restaurant staff and others too, for taking care of us. They definitely deserve a kind appreciation in a hard terrain of its kind .

We were greeted by Kahwa as welcome drinkw and the staff of the hotel is also very courteous. The delux room was good and they have a lift as well which is really a plus point in Leh.

The food from the restaurant was average and the price I was charged for one litre water bottle was Rs. 60 which is higher than what I paid even in Pangong lake or turuk or I would say entire Ladakh. So , thats like cheating the customer and they give only two 500ml water bottles as complementary.

I would consider this as a Lodge and not even a hotel. The staff is impolite and we had a tummy upset with their food. The rooms were smelly and upon complaint they never did anything much to rectify the issue.
Please avoid this shady place at all costs !!

I enjoyed my stay at Spic n Span. This is a nice and comfortable hotel, rooms are clean and staff can help you with anything you need. I spent a total of 5 nights there, with trips and a trek in between, I could keep some luggage at the hotel while I was away and this was convenient. The hotel is located near the very centre of Leh, less than 10 minutes on foot.
