Excellent hotel. Very well maintained. I have seen staff doing cleaning work of premises both in morning and evening. Excellent behavior of staff. Room service was also good. Would recommend to friends and relatives to have experience and hospitality of Evergreen Leh. Quality and variety of foods offered at breakfast and dinner was very delicious.. Also very good behavior of restaurant staff added further flour. Go and enjoy your stay at Evergreen Leh and make the trip a memorable one.

Hotel Evergreen Ladakh is a very poorly managed hotel.The entrance is through a narrow alley & rooms have broken fittings& fixtures.The wardrobes are not fixed & they wobble dangerously , looking like it will topple anytime. They donot provide basic toiletries nor tea/coffee sachets.The reception lady is extremely inhospitable & rude.Buffet utensils are broken. Donot plan a stay here unless you want to ruin your peaceful holidays.

The most friendly staffs I have met in my Leh Ladakh trip, Rooms are clean, foods are tasty and proper hot water at fixed timings. The property is well placed near to the Leh Market. They have also upgraded our room on our last day of the stay.

Welcome was excellent. Very well maintained property. I personally felt, basic things like coffee or tea self help kits should be provided, also toiletries should be provided. Spread was good for Dinner. Breakfast was tasty (Masala Dose),but I felt the Spread could have been better. I stayed with my family, without lift they had a tough time.

The Rooms were clean and hygienic. They are very quick in action when it comes to room service . The hospitality of the Manager Mr Upendra Tiwari and his staff makes you feel homely and safe. After a travel day , they make sure that they serve you hot and delicious hygienic food .Overall a very good experience .

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. We stayed for 5 nights on MAP plan.
The rooms are well equipped with bed warmer and heater. Electric kettle is available and rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable.
Food at the restaurant is tasty and the buffet is quite elaborate. The good thing is that no item on the buffet was repeated on any day in the 6 days that we spent at Evergreen (apart from the obvious like eggs, toast, etc)
Room Service is prompt and the staff led by Mr. Tiwari, are courteous and humble.
There were couple of issues here and there. But they were promptly resolved when pointed out to the team. This is quite a big deal for me especially in Leh in the extremely cold weather.
More than anything, the staff always carried a smile on their face.
The hotel is slightly away from the main Leh Market (appx 2 kms) but if you like to walk, it is an enjoyable stroll.
Highly recommended hotel, if you planning to visit Leh!!!

Fantastic hotel with courteous staff, spacious rooms with excellent view. Food quality was very good & suitable for all ages as we were a group of 11 people where we had 3 & 5 years old kids along with senior citizens. The hotel has arranged a private Bon fire 🔥 only for us which was really appreciated. Last but not the least the Manager Mr. Upendra was available 24*7 for us, he was always there whenever we needed with a sweet smile on his face.

The View of the room was eye relaxing. Food taste good. Staff is very cooperative and icing on the cake is evening Bonfire and Music. The Cleaniness of the room was good. View from the Balcony was Awesome.
