Jullay! We stayed at Tsetan guest house for 2 weeks and it felt like home from day 1. The property is perfect for people who prefer peace and quiet. Pros - Rooms are very well maintained, 24x7 water supply, and the wonderful company and hospitality of aunty, uncle, Tsetan, Bablu bhaiya. Food and tea is literally farm to table, sourced from their back garden. Breakfast, lunch, dinner on request. Mint tea and black tea available all day. The entire stay was so homely that on the last day it felt like we were leaving home. To the family who opened their home to us - Thugje chhe!

We stayed at Tsetan Guest House for nearly 2 weeks and don’t have a single complaint. The place feels like home as soon as you get there. The views of the mountains and farm behind the guest house are incredible, it is quiet, the food is SO good and each member of the family is so kind and welcoming! The four people who work here all work so hard to make sure your stay is a happy one. There is unlimited tea available all day for you to drink on the sunny patio and filtered water, too. They will also help you with any arrangements you might need to get to other parts of Ladakh. Very helpful people and a great place to spend some time. We are sad to be leaving, thank you!!

I had a great time at Tstetan Guesthouse. Of course it's not near the main market but those 20 min walking are just perfect to find a really quiet place in Leh`. The family is absolutely lovely, really helpful, always smiling and dinners are simple, local and really good ! Tsetan will help you to organize your time in Ladakh, what is really cool !

I stayed in Tsetan Guest house for 15 days during April 2022, it felt like my home by the kind of care the entire family showed to me. I had variety of ladakhi food for dinner daily prepared by aunty. All the vegetables are organically grown in their own backyard. Aunty prepares special chamomile tea from herbs of their garden and keeps in the flask so that anyone can have it anytime. One of the best teas i had in my life till now. Every evening uncle sends the helper to give us tea if we are present in the guest house. Tsetan is very patient in clarifying all our doubts and arranging the trip to Nubra and Pangong. Rooms and ambience are very neat and clean. I would recommend this to anyone planning for peaceful stay at leh and enjoy the ladakh trip. The mountain people are generally satisfied and happy with what they have and they charge us very little compared to the service they provide us.

Tesatan guest house....The worst experience we had here. We were 7 members and we booked 3 rooms there. The owners, (father, mother and son) all three have misbehaved and very ill mannered. They were very humble before taking the money from us and after we paid the complete amount of our package their behaviour changed all together. They took the room keys saying they will clean the room while we were going for sightseeing. After we came back at night around 9pm our entire luggage was kept out and our rooms were sold out to some other guests and many of our items were missing. When we complaint about the entire issue they ask us to leave and look for another hotel. In the cold night with temperature around 2 degree they left us outside with my parents and children and started arguing. Before making any bookings here please please please think twice thrice or I must say look for another property because there reviews and ratings and paid ones. There location is very much inside a village you can not take your vehicle at their door. Very poor experience for us.

Probably the ‘most homely’ of all homestays you could ever find! You are sure to feel loved and cared for in the coziest of ways and will never feel homesick. Trust me, once you stay here, you would wanna stay on..and if you leave, you are sure to come back!! ☺️Mornings begin with freshly brewed min tea..a curious combination of warmth and coolness, absolutely refreshing! Homegrown, organic veggies and fresh salad from aunty’s lovely garden are sure to make your day! And a bowl of traditional ladakhi skew will satisfy your taste buds to absolute bliss! Aunty, Uncle and Tsetan are always there to help you and take care of you in any way possible..🙂And for a single female traveler this place is super safe and highly recommended! ☺️👍🏻 Besides making your stay an amazing one, they will also help you with recommendations for the rest of your Ladakh trip. Be it securing inner line permits, hiring taxis, arranging accommodation at Pangong/Nubra and other popular Ladakh destinations, Tsetan will be there for you! Come..find a home away from home in Ladakh at this charming restaurant place! P.S. Sorry for the late post Tsetan, Uncle Aunty! Miss you all! Lots of love! ❤️
