Five visits to Leh and we have never been this satisfied with a stay before. We were welcomed to the hotel with a seabuck thorn juice and when requested,were taken for a tour to the farm that the hotel uses to make food. Their food was ALWAYS fresh,hot and appetising. We stayed here for 5 days and had the most comfortable experience with the staff and the facilities-Electricity and hot water were available 24*7. The rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous view. We also had a car and had parking space at the hotel for the same. Overall we encourage a stay here, we would be coming back for sure. Thanks Zomday Team, forever grateful for the homely experience!

Hello guys, I must say this place is best place to stay if you are planning to visit leh. Accommodation, food, services, hospitality everything was outstanding. Rooms was quiet clean, hot water 24 hours, breakfast was delicious & great room service

The rooms are quite large and clean. Staff is excellent, very helpful. The hotel is located in a very quiet & peaceful area but still close enough to the main Leh market area. As a solo woman traveller, I felt completely safe & at ease here. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it highly !

This is the most honest review for Stay at Zomday Hotel, Leh. Check In : 16 July 2021 Check Out : 20 July 2021 Rooms : 5 Room No. : 101,102,103,109,110
Day 1 1. No rooms had Teakits like tea, sugar, coffee, milk powder. 102 didn't have the kettle also. 2. Bathroom exhaust not working in 101 3. Flush tank didn't work in any of the rooms properly. 4. All issues were addressed to Manager, but no solutions were provided.
Day 2 1. No fresh towels in entire hotel 2. Reception doesn't answer any calls, we have go down everytime we need something done. 3. False commitments like Wifi and Lift service is a huge lie, it's there in hotel, just never works 4. No house keeping, or room cleaning 5. 102 Flush did not work and entire room smelled like literal poop. 6. Manager is super unresponsive 7. Manager asked to use our room for some repairs and literally left out room open for hours, unattended, and when we came back to the room after full day of sightseeing, we found the door wide open and manager laughed and said it's alright, happens some time when we compained.
Day 3 1. No one could take a bath as still No fresh towels were provided 2. Somehow the towels got arranged by 9 PM but by then they were out of hot water. So for 2 full days, no one actually showered. it was disgusting. 3. Still 102 flush tank didn't work, 101 exaust didn't work and none of the rooms were cleaned unless we begged the staff. 4. No fresh tea kits and fresh cups were given unless we beg the manager at the hotel.
Day 4 1. We are still out of hot water in morning and hot water was only available at 6 PM
The full hotel worked understaffed and couldn't adress to any of our issues.
The rooms are big and well made, Kitchen staff is very accommodating but if service and maintenance is not done well, the overall experience is ruined.
I suggest you go stay at some branded property which is professionally run.

No hot water. Dusty floors. Unfisnished rooms. No beverage kit. Unfriendly inhopitable and rude staff. Dustbins are not emptied, rooms are not cleaned. If it was possible i would rate this hotel 0 but unfortunately thats not possible

It was my first trip to Leh.Clean hygienic rooms and washrooms. Very Helpful & friendly staff. Comfortable and fun stay! Hot water was available 24*7. No electricity issues. Food was served properly from breakfast to dinner! Overall very good. Thank you Zomday team for the amazing service.

This hotel provides with very spacious rooms and staff is very cooperative. It has an excellent scenic view with very minimal distance with leh market. Hotel arranged all our travel and stay at the minimal price. It was an excellent stay.

It an most amazing hotel in leh . Beautiful location, heart worming hospitality, delicious food. It was sudden trip we plan 1 week before. We are afraid how can we manage but it was quit smooth. Must must must stay here. I am planning to bring my family as well.

First of all this is a ‘PET FRIENDLY’ hotel. We came along with our pet ‘zoey’ (breed- culture pom). We had a wonderful stay for two days. They provide dinner and breakfast as well. I must mention that both of the meals were delicious. By the way, you do get punjabi dishes as well (if you love that). Room service was absolutely excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. Provided everything whenever it was required. Chef Ashish is amazing at cooking tasty meals. Definitely if we come again, we are going to stay at this place again.
