Excellent week long stay with my family in this Hotel. Rooms are clean, the mountain view from the rooms is breathtaking. The information provided and the images put on website are identical. Most importantly the entire staff is amazingly well behaved, polite, helpful and hospitable. We got all the required help to plan our itinerary from the hotel. Will highly recommend this property.

Hotel Rooms are clean and maintained, but hotel staff is rude and unfriendly. In Hotel Industry, Rude Behavior of Staff will downgrade the Trust of Customers to Hotel. Hotel Owner / Manager have a look into this so that Tourist will come without any doubts. Food are Good.

When you travel to Leh and want to stay in a budget hotel with an excellent service and amazing view . I would suggest this place. The food, service and stay its a 5 star experience. Compliments to Mr. Gulshan and his colleague who I forgot his name are the best hotel staff i have come across. The smiling nature and never say no to any request of the customer made my stay a memorable one.

My friends were staying in this hotel. It seemed as if it was some PG or some kinda hostel, they had the gates closed early. When we asked one of the staff he started shouting and called the owner. They staff and the owner made a scene at night. So guys if you want a good experience of ladakh please don't think about this hotel. It will just ruin it.
