Clean and cozy room. Hygiene is properly maintained in the toilet. Wonderful view of the mountains from the room as we pick one from the 2nd floor. Room service is okay. But the dinning staffs chase for taking the dinner or breakfast early. Lots of option of delicious food in both breakfast and dinner. Very secure and family friendly atmosphere makes the vacation worriless. The location is near to the market but as it is not inside the market the chaotic noise is absent there. Parking is available. They need to install a lift as sometimes it seems hard to take the stairs up to 2nd floor due to the high altitude of the city. Overall we enjoyed very cozy and peaceful vacation at the property.

Why isn't there a negative rating option. I stayed here for 4 days. Time for pros and cons Pros : comfortable beds, clean rooms, sufficient toiletries, hot water Cons : the owner is Dumb and has no hospitality whatsoever. The reason I say this? Well the central heater is insufficient for people who are not localities (obviously) but they try and switch it on for 2 hours after you request 10 times, well on our last day after I cleared the bill I again (like everyday) requested for the room heater and the owner said "we don't have too many CUSTOMERS (not guests, mind you) and we can't switch the heater on. When I said I'll put up a review, he asked me to vacate the room at 9.30 pm. And when I said u r spoiling the last day of my vacation he kept shouting and arguing. Mr. ANIS. Good memories of staying in this hotel will always lingers on my mind. We are a group of trekkers who have just completed our Chadar Trek. Staying in this hotel will definitely satisfied every soul. On that cold evening we check-in into this hotel. We were greeted by this friendly and patient frontline staff by the name of Md Musa who welcomed all guests (15 of us) with great attitude and smile. The room was really comfortable, spacious and clean. It has a good room facility, the only things that really catches my eyes was the huge room heater that blend nicely with the interior. Ghosh... with that it really made us sleep soundly during that cold winter night. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night, thought they are understaffed (seen like) but still they delivered that excellent customer service. As our flight got cancelled, the airline put us up at this hotel... Staff was friendly and were expecting lots of guests because of flight cancellation...Check in was very smooth...They organised and prepared late lunch for around 35 people very fast...Located right near the market and close to Tibetan kitchen...

We 4 couples stayed at this hotel during the last week of September. We all appreciate the services extended to us by the courteous people. In fact we can say that they had made our Leh trip meomarable. The rooms are spacious and good. The food is competitive and all necessary amenities were available in the room We also use this opportunity to thank Mr Anish who has arranged all our trip according to our plans. Its at conveninent central location. The staff is very courteous, amenities are modern and also centraal heating available. The food is good and lots of options in surrounding. (In case of any breathing or oxygen problem or senior citizens, one can ask for ground floor rooms, it adds to convenience). Hotel is godd in arranging all peripherals like transport, medical facilities, practical advises. Can surely consider.

We stayed at Hotel Rafica for 4 nights (3-8 October 2017) in our five nights tour of Ladakh. Their services are remarkable and they do whatever it takes to make the guests comfortable. There are no extra charges on the package they give you. We took a package inclusive of breakfast and dinner. We were provided with great, simple meals, even asked in advance for specific items of choices, if any. All you had to do was inform them what time you are going to be at the dinner table. Inform them in advance if you want to have any items of your choice. The room service staff would be there within minutes to sort your issues, in case of any need. They kept our luggage in storage, during the two days we visit Nubra valley, until we returned and kept the rooms prepared for when we returned. The Wi-Fi is available, but accessibility / quality needs improvement. Another special mention to their excellent service at the Restaurant. On the day we left to Pangong lake, we left very early. Mr. Jeevan made sure to have our breakfast prepared before the opening time of the kitchen so that we had a hot meal in the morning. He also offered for packing of the convenient breakfast for the way, in case of early leaving for tour or airport from hotel. Overall, the hotel was very well maintained and the staff were brilliant.
