I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand yasmin hotel, Fort road, leh from 9 Aug to 15 Aug, 2021 with a group of friends. The service provided by the owner of the hotel - Mr. Ratan Singh was top-notch and had no scope of complaints. The room was spacious, well ventilated, clean and tiddy along with very well maintained washrooms with 24*7 supply of hot water. The rooms also had private balconies along with a common sitting area at the ground floor of the hotel and the view from the balconies is also amazing as the hotel is very close to the leh market. Mr. Ratan Singh was of great help to us in our trip and managed our stay along with sightseeing in a very well organized manner which made our trip totally hassle free. The transportation was arranged by him and the driver was very well experienced with the roads and was knowledgeable. He was a very time punctual and polite. The food was delicious and well prepared and even some of our personal requirements were arranged by him immediately. This hotel and it's owner will ensure that you have an exciting trip along with a hassle free experience. Really appreciate their service.

Stay was good, the view from the Hotel is average & not that great. Food is excellent much better than other places in Leh. We stayed there for a night.
Hospitality was great & quick. Towels & bedsheets could have been more cleaner. WOuld suggest people to bring in their own toiletries as well

Amazing stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff( Ratan Singh was cooperative, provided heaters, hot water and well cooked food. Nice experience. Hospitality of Rattan Singh staff is pretty good totally worth it.

We had stay for two alternate days. First day stay was not good since we got room with not proper amenities like heater and hot water was not available. We did complain at night and it was told that hot water will be available in morning but it was not. On third day, since we already asked them to make sure amenities work properly, we were given a different room. And everything was perfect there. It's like we had two different experience on two different days.
Food was really good and tasty. They had amazing breakfast and dinner buffet and we had good time enjoying it there.
Location wise, it was in middle of Leh city, you might get view of mountains from some rooms. But you will be on walking distance from local market. Do spare half day to explore local market as well.

We had booked through Agoda and found the hotel to our liking. The check in was smooth, they even upraded us to a suite, we had dinner and breakfast and both the meals were great but what I liked was the timely service they rendered when the lights went off and we needed the wifi connection to book our return ticket. The Manager walked up to our room and gave us his mobile to make calls and book tickets using his hotspot. The hotel is elegant but rooms need constant maintenance and upkeep, tapistry needs to be changed and wooden furniture need to be polished. Apart from that the hotel is a great place to stay and value for money.

The room is very spacious. Inside there are two bedrooms. The view in front is almost no need to travel. Large windows, clear glass. Wake up early to compete with the snowy mountains. This is good for the heart and body.

It was a wonderful stay, Manager Mr Ratan Singh made sure the stay is comfortable, Inspite of the lockdown he arranged what ever needed. The staff is equally courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean, hot water was available and heater if needed. Food was delicious.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and our overall experience was great. Food was good, service was excellent and staff is very courteous.
The only area of improvement that I would highlight is that we were not told about the availability of lift in the hotel during our first two days of stay. As a result, we had to climb three floors every time we went out or had our food in the restaurant.
The hotel is at 5 mins walking distance from Leh Main Market
