The tents were really dirty and in a very bad condition, the zippers were all jammed and the food quality really poor ,with the option of {TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT{. even though the personnel tried their best to please us, but the place was pathetic. Don't expect a warm bath with water provided in a bucket heated by the Solar Water Heater at 7:00 am .The mirror was installed at a height suitable for dwarves ' One of us who is an Octogenarian needed something to support him while wearing his clothes He collapsed at the first try!! We travelled with Veena world in May 22 and were put up in this tent with fellow group members. The tents were really unhygienic with dirty linens and toilets. Tents were dirty and bathrooms were leaking with no hot water. Food quality was just worst.

Amazing service, host is really nice and cooperative. Got enough blankets and hot water bags at night. Very clean and hygienic tent. Bonfire is also available. Food was delicious. It's very near to Pangong lake. Good breakfast views. Great hospitality

Please dont use the towels provided by the hotel. They place the used the towels after the checkout outside tent on chair for drying as soon as the guest leaves and thats how they reuse it for other guest. Thats really unhygienic, when confronted they told me after drying they will wash it which is absolutely ridiculous. They provide 1 bucket of luke warm water for 1 entire tent and not per person when the temperature is dropping to 2°c when requested for 1 more they were not happy to provide one. They dont provide any hot bags at night. Food is okay, staff not so friendly. Location no doubt is good.

Stayed here for one night.. Decent tent with cosy bed warm blanket.. Camp has basic amneties.. The pangong lake can be seen from the tent .. Food is ok not much good.. Night stay can get a bit difficult when there is as the tent also blows with wind and when it gets very cold the camp may not be the best for stay..

Stayed here for a night during the first week of July. Quite a distance from the Lake, but you could get a view of the lake. Tents were very basic, floor uneven, and the entrance to the tent were in tatters. Bathroom with ice cold, we had to wait a long time for hot water which became warm by the time it reached. Food very basic, all veg, no non-veg.. Staff very friendly. It was very cold, windy, we thought the tent would blow off, but thank god it didnt. Ample blankets to keep warm. Its not a luxury tent, dont expect much, it is ok for jus a night.

Tent are nice, warm, spacious(compared to others i have stayed in) and comfortable but had found few spiders in the toilet, although it didn't mattered much since we were not scared of spiders anyways. Staff and service was good. Staff had arranged warm water that too without asking. Food was decent. Overall a decent stay.

There are a dozen or so camps clustered at this location facing Pangong lake, and Regal camp is certainly one of the best. Their tents are good, there's running water, hot water was provided on time in the morning, and the views are exceptional. The best part of the stay was the food. Their restaurant is top-notch, considering the location and availability. Breakfast and dinner both were excellent. Service was quick, all staff were helpful, and it was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Regal camp in Pangong is over a year old and it seems they haven't cleaned the tents since. We had a so called super dlx tent where the sheets were filthy. My wife asked for new sheets but never came. So tired she slept with a T-shirt on the pillow. She caught a skin infection and is under medication these days. Although meals are included, you feel that you are in some 2nd rated school hostel. The staff keeps most of the stuff for themselves and the guests are left with whatever leftovers and are blamed for not coming to the dining hall in time. I would never recommend this place. Management if you are overwhelmed by business, than close down a few tents or hirer more staff. See a normal Roti and the one I was served...
