We stayed for a week in this hotel. Good location, a 5-10 minute walk to the main town, the staff were lovely and helpful, free fast wifi and beautiful rooms. Great view from the balcony and lovely sun in the afternoons. The managers were very helpful they organised some outings for us every day. Wasn't much to do for children to do but easy to keep entertained if you go into town for lunch or dinner and it's a good idea to take a card or board game to play in the afternoons. Only the food was flaw-able but in town there were some great restaurants that weren't that far. Staff were very courteous and willing to help. Great place, highly recommendable.

Stayed from 11th may to 18th May 2014. had a wonderful stay, the staff were very cordial and helpful. The managers Mr Norboo and Mr Wangdu were hands on and were there to sort out issues immediately. Will stay with them again. Also stayed at karma Inn at Nubra and Hotel Zimskhang Alchi. Believe me beautiful place to stay, well kept with lovely apricot and apple trees in the backyard. Food was amazing at Zimskhang Alchi the best in leh...Our Leh Trip was amazing the weather was perfect cold at night and mornings were comfortable cold but comfortable... Mrs Radhika Arunkumar

Best Hotel in such a Majestic Place. Good location, awesome and warm staff. Our trip was managed and organised by Mr. Wangdu and Mr. Nurbu. The food is also good and the rooms are very well furnished. The toilets are well sanitized. The wooden flooring gives the hotel a cleaner look than the ones with carpets. Rooms are spacious. The staff was too courteous, always ready with a smile to do anything. Best deal for such a low price. They also own their own taxis and those are good as well. Everything was just perfect.

Hotel Holiday Ladakh was one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. 1. The rooms are well furnished and the bathrooms are very well cleaned. 2. The food is amazing. Feels like home cooked food! 3. The staff is very polite, warm and helpful. 4. Our trip was organised by the managers, Mr. Wangdu and Mr. Nurboo. It was very well planned keeping in mind the altitude difference and our trip schedule.

I strongly Recommend this hotel to any travellers travelling to Leh. To begin with the Hotel rooms were very neat and clean. The Bathrooms were well sanitised. But above all its the Staff which makes a Hotel warm. I need to thank Mr. Tserring Wangdu and Mr. Sonam Nurboo the Managers. They were more than willing to help us out at all times. The Restuarant Main Waiter Mr. Ashish Uniyal was always ready to serve with a smile. The other staff like Mr. Vikas, Mohd Munna and Sanjay Das were most helful at all times. Above all the Proprietor Mr Skarma was very nice to us at all times. Our Trip to Ladakh was most memorable but Hotel Holiday Ladakh became our second Home. Thank You all...

Good location, clean, well equipped kitchen, near to many restaurants and pubs. The parking is directly under the building. Some of the towels need to be changed. In wintertime it wasn't a problem, but you have to know that there was no air-condition unit in the apartment. The street can be noisy because of the pubs, but wasn't a problem for us. kitchen and bathroom was well presented and clean. staff were helpful with tickets and things to do.

Stayed here in August 2013 during a 4-week trip to Northern India and Ladakh. The start was unfortunately not good at all as we had booked 2 rooms but only 1 was reserved when we arrived, even though I had countless phone calls and email conversations with Mr Norboo to confirm 2 rooms. We were supposed to stay in Hotel Holiday for 5 nights, then go to Nubra valley for 3 nights, and return to Hotel Holiday for another 4 nights. However, Mr Wengdu, the Hotel Manager I believe, admitted the error and went to great lengths to get us a different accommodation for the same price (price of the other location was actually higher) for the first 5 nights in Leh and managed to get 2 rooms for us after our return from Nubra valley. Over and above that, Mr Wengdu was extremely helpful
