We stayed here for several days. We have taken complete package including travelling to Nubra and Pangong Lake. They have guided us for best of our comfort travell and maximum locations. Food offered was very good except at Pangong lake (supply not received that day). Service was excellent.

Excellent stay, very helpful staffs at all times. We stayed there for 6 days in May. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was good though not much variety since the roads were not open to get the vegetables. My mom had lack of oxygen on the first day and staffs helped to drive us to the hospital at night and provided excellent guide. Staffs were very caring and helpful. Leh market was closer to the hotel, we walked to the hotel from the market, guess it took around 15min to reach the hotel. They had free wifi, however it wasn't working all the time. We were disconnected from the world for 6 days and lost in the mesmerising views of Leh. Overall, it was an excellent stay at the hotel. We thank the hotel staffs for taking care of us very well.

Place is slightly interior from the market and difficult to locate but you will not be alone and a guide will always be there with you, all in all the place is perfect for family vacation, nice curteous and welcoming staff strating from security person till the partner (Owner) of the hotel. We stayed 5 nights here with family and enjoyed, very small menu for breakfast and dinner but they do take your choice and try accommodate the item you order else they serve separately. Strongly recommended place for family.

The staff at Hotel Holiday were excellent...Mr Wangdu cared for all his guests. He arranged for bike rentals through Apex. Took a friend to a local hospital in the middle of the night. Arranged for ticket print outs etc. Wifi in hotel is very slow though. Beer is available in the restaurant which offers a reasonable buffet option when enough guests or a la carte when only few guests. The roti/phulka were excellent and so was the dal tadka. Grilled veg sandwiches were great. They even packed our breakfast when we were off to an adventure early in the morning. The sit out area on the 1 st floor is very nice. Hot water was available in the bathroom. No heating in rooms though. All in all a good place.

We had stayed in this hotel during our Leh trip in July 2015. This is an excellent hotel with amazing food. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and polite. Right from the hotel manager, reception guy and rest of the staff, everyone is really good. Hotel is a little far from the main market, but that doesn't matter in front of the services and food provided at this hotel. Rooms are very clear and nicely maintained. Our package had 2 hotels during our trip, but we missed this hotel after being shifted to the other one. All the services like bike rental, car rental everything is available right at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Leh.

The room was very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly. We had breakfast everyday, and it was tasty. The terrace outside the rooms provides for a perfect early morning lounge, or even late evenings (if you don't mind the chilly air). I would definitely stay here again.
