Excellent stay, very helpful staffs at all times. We stayed there for 6 days in May. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was good though not much variety since the roads were not open to get the vegetables. My mom had lack of oxygen on the first day and staffs helped to drive us to the hospital at night and provided excellent guide. Staffs were very caring and helpful. Leh market was closer to the hotel, we walked to the hotel from the market, guess it took around 15min to reach the hotel. They had free wifi, however it wasn't working all the time. We were disconnected from the world for 6 days and lost in the mesmerising views of Leh. Overall, it was an excellent stay at the hotel. We thank the hotel staffs for taking care of us very well.
The room is very lovely and view is amazing. The service is excellent, every staff is so friendly. Good food (variety to choose from) , great vibe. Nice location not that far from the shopping area and the market.
We stayed in Hotel Holiday Ladakh for 5 nights. It is on the old fort road at just 10 mins walk from the market. Here's a quick summary + Friendly staff + Awesome location + Clean rooms and linen + Outstanding food options nearby - the Mountain Delight/ The Tibetan kitchen/ Monalisa ( all at a 10-mins walk) - Issues with the hot water supply - poor ventilation in rooms on the ground floor/ no view ( Avoid them) - Average food- Not much options in the breakfast/dinner buffet - wifi connectivity is not good in the rooms. Works fine near the reception
Superb hotel. Extremely warm and welcoming staff. Very helpful staff at the reception and in fact one of them suggested that we go for the preachings of Dalai Lama who was in town. We had a very nice welcome where they gave us some traditional white stole as a good luck gesture. Rooms are also very good. The hotel is pretty close to the market as well. Only suggestion is they can have better food menu.
Excellent clean and tidy rooms , and superb service . Hotel staff is very supportive . Food taste is not suitable for typical Mumbai peoples , can be improved . Rooms don't have AC units sometimes getting hot can be fixed AC units.
