Fantastic tour. Excellent stay, preferably The Grand Dragon, Lchangnang, Turtuk Holiday Resort, Hotel Namra. Stay at Natures Nest, Pangong was okay. Natures Nest has shifted their location and reach is bit not comfortable. Also, view of lake from Resort is not as good as other locations on the way. Hospitality of The Grand Dragon management is excellent. Our tour driver Mr Karim is very nice, humble and always helping. Package plan made by Mr Mazeed was excellent and he kept complete track of our tour. Mr Ramzan , our tour manager was always helping and guiding in a decent manner. Our thanks to entire The Grand Dragon family including Ms Zigmat, Ms Kunjas, MrPankaj, Mr Nitin, Mr Layak, Mr Pavan, Mr Uttam, Mr Mazeed, Mr Ramzan and Mr Karim. Surely would like to visit again. Hospitality offered by Ms Darshna and Ms Dolma at Turtuk Holiday Resort is excellent. Balti lunch presented by Ms Drashna was awesome. We would have loved to stay for more days at Hotel Namra and Lchangnang Resort at Sham and Nhbra valley respectively. Overall nice experience.

Grand Dragon does full justice to the 'grand' tag with one of the best (and tasty) buffet spread, touch of local flavor in the suite room decor and a very hospitable and friendly staff pool. Strongly recommended for everyone wanting to unwind in Leh.

The Grand Dragon, Leh is a hotel beyond expectations, cradle of hospitality, icon of serendipity, left no stone unturned in guest delight and service, even bathroom toiletries were world class, dining was beyond words, staff were downright most curtious, paintings in lobby and rooms were outstanding, some even made by the owners, even tooth pick on table was of highest quality, bathrooms had instant hot water in showers, view from the resturant was breath taking, upkeep and general care was stupendous. The only improvement I guess should be done with bed mattress as they are too soft and slope sideways. It was a delight, and Ill recommend this property to one and all who want to be spoiled in luxary in such an outbound place as Leh.. Julian

Experience of staying at The Grand Dragon was fantastic. The facilities and infrastructure is wonderful. More importantly, all staff are very sweet and caring. One Mr Layak took extra efforts to make our Anniversary evening special once he came to know about it. All other staff are also very courteous and caring. Views from rooms are breathtaking too. I am sharing one such view from 101. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Leh.

We took a package of 5 night 6 days and booked 2 rooms through Mr Majeed …Booking was made in the name of Dr Suneeta Jain …I was earlier a little scared that I took a right decision or not because Mr Majeed rarely picks up the phone..And we never saw him in hotel or met him through out the trip..Mr Ramzan took care of us very well and was cooperative with us through out the trip..the food was awesome thanks to hospitality shown by captain Mr Layak who took care of our taste buds very well..he arranged a cake and helped celebrating my wife’s birthday…the rest of staff of the hotel was very courteous too..My kids loved the playroom in the hotel…I would recommend this hotel highly to everyone who want enjoy Leh in luxury .. The only negative was the taxi driver who was provided to us was arrogant and misguided us on various occasions which caused us lil troubles .I would like to mention here one of the incidents which was a spoil sport was when we were going to Pangong lake from Nubra valley a landslide happened on the way …Der was a second route to reach Pangong lake but our taxi driver didn’t told us and took us back to Leh..For that reason we had to miss our stay at Pangong and had to to travel throughout to go and come back next day from Pangong which became very hectic..Here again Mr Ramzan came as a rescue that he atleast arranged a stay for us in Leh .
