The stay was amazing and the hospitality was great! Mr. Latif and his team were a great host. Rooms had a conventional heater which made our stay very cozy. The Shikara and a car was always available at our disposal.

Been here during one of our memorable trip. Staying at a house boat in Niger Lake was a simply incomparable. Proud of experiencing this. The food arrangements and amenities was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. We travelled there in May, it was less chaotic as compared to Dal lake. The rooms and toilets were superb, there is always hot water anytime. For breakfast we had toast with omelet which was delicious.

going to India was an overwhelming and extra ordinary experience especially when we were in Kashmir, an epic and unforgettable experience of love and hospitality. We stayed in Nigeen Heritage Houseboat for around a fortnight and felt living alike home. the houseboat in itself is super luxury , plus with unique wood work and design. the rooms are spacious and very clean and hygienic , with luminous lighting. the surround is fascinating , living on the water was a dream come true experience. the owner of the property mr. sami ullah has really been a sport. he is cordial and very helpful guy and helped us to further plan our holiday in Kashmir.

kashmir known to be heaven on earth is well known for the houseboats, which determines the cultural ethnicity of the valley, we had a visit to visit last month and this visit will stay in our memories through out our lives. The houseboat which we stayed at was one of epic things of our stay to Kashmir, Nigeen Heritage Houseboat served us in a manner as if we were staying at home, there loving behaviour, take care, delicious food helped us to know how hospitable people in valley seem to be. Mr.Samiullah the owner of the property was very kind to us and helped us at every phase in kashmir. We highly recommend this houseboat to others traveling to kashmiri.

On Nigeen lake, we stayed for 2 nights, the houseboat gives mountain view. The care taker cares like his own family. Their self made food was delicious. from breakfast to dinner they keep us filled. By providing complementary shikara rides, they gave us great happiness. Lavish interior of houseboats gives royal, kashmiri feeling. Owner Mr. Maqsood assures to keep us happier and safe during the whole trip. MUST STAY HOUSEBOAT.
