The house boat was good . Is going through renovation after two years of no tourist. The owner gave us our desired room .the staff Bashir and his team took good care of us .. food was good as per our request . Overall a good experience.they get us free of cost solars to come the main land of Srinagar. The view from the house in the every is great.

The houseboat is Very courteous . Food is very delicious and served in a Systematic way . This houseboat is newly renovated so room and other decor is perfect . A lovely place to spend few days .location wise also it’s good to book . I recommend this houseboat during Kashmir valley trip.

Very calm and considerate staff. The property is located at the edge of dal lake. Property is well maintained and has a royal finish - all wooden. Rooms are spacious and clean Small porch to sip tea in evening looking at the lake
