The staff is welcoming and helping. There is a good lift at the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. Bathrooms are well off. The service is quick and good, extremely helping staff. Comfortable stay. The only matter of concern is that there is a constant smell (maybe of the river Jhelum nearby or some sort of a Jheel) in the room and water . Other than that a good hotel .

On reaching at Mannat Resort (SO CALLED), We were allotted 9 rooms on different floors. Our specific request for PURE JAIN MEAL (Which was pre ordered / very well informed in advance) but there was no PROPER JAIN MEAL. We were to start our next day journey @ 7 AM so requested for packed Breakfast which was denied by front desk as well manager too. It's room were very much OK but not good.

The most offensive aspect was the nauseating smell emanating from the toilet facilities. It made me question the basic sanitation practices of your establishment. When we asked for room fresheners, they gave us an empty bottle. Additionally, the blankets provided were visibly soiled and appeared to be extremely old. The food served was also inedible, drowning in excessive oil. To compound these already horrendous experiences, the service was bad. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Food quality not good. Had stomach upset after eating food here. Wasted one day of trip. Staff is polite and good. But service and food quality and at all good. We had e day stay there. Breakfast and dinner not tasty.

The rooms were good. The service and menu options were very ordinary. The waiters and chefs need to be trained. Food quality was not great. The waiter simply refused to get and omelette when I asked for one, instead pointed me to the boiled egg! Guys, their food needs to definitely get better.

The hotel is located in an accessible area in Srinagar. There are some restaurants and shops in walk able distance. I felt completely safe to walk around during late evening times as well. The rooms are huge and have all required amenities in it. It is extremely well maintained and we did not have even a single issue in our 3 days of stay over there. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept as fresh as new. The staff was very courteous. The restaurant is located on the fifth floor and had a good buffet (We tried Break fast and Dinner only) at a reasonable price. For the price I booked the room, the hotel exceeded my expectation and it was certainly the best stay I had during my 10 day vacation.

We came to kashmir for a vacation with our friends and it was the best hotel for stay. They have really clean rooms and the facilities are really good compared to all the hotels we stayed in kashmir. Their food is also really amazing. Special mention to shahid from front office who gave a warm welcome to all of us. They have really good house keeping staffs who are very polite. Thank you mannat for the best stay

It was amazing experience we had in our stay and especially the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely recommend to our near and dear ones. The heater facility is fabulous as Inspite of this freezing time in midnight we felt soo warmth that we have switch off the heater. Three cheerzzz to them.
