Hotel Impex is one of those budget hotels that offers a lot of hidden surprises. Its only is 2 kms from dal offers a majestic view of the dal lake. The hotel amenities are satisfactory and the food is fingerlicking good. They make you Kashmiri Wajwan and local dishes on request. Since all tourists do have private transport . The hotel management are very friendly and helpfull. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at dal lake that too in middle of COVID pandemic . All in all IMPEX gives you a medium luxury feel at budget price.

The trip was planned suddenly,Freind suggested this place for stay and we booked hotel by phone. Asked for lake view room and we got it. Room is equipped with Room warmer and bathroom with Geyser. The stay was pleasant and package included Breakfast and Dinner. Also asked the hotel to arrange pickup and drop off to Airport plus sightseeing. Since we don’t have time to search and take package we asked them to arrange. Before booking online ask directly to the person for the stay package

Myself with my wife and kid booked the hotel and visited and stayed for 3 last nights of October 2022. The hotel is relatively small with small garden and Dal Lake view but very compact and awesome. Due to the location in high hill, it is named as Hill Resort. Very nice food arrangement and it's near to Nishat Garden in Srinagar. The room we booked was in the 1st floor with beautiful large balcony and Dal Lake view. I recommend this hotel for visitors. Rooms at Impex hill resorts are contemporary yet rich and comfortable, with walnut paneling and leather accented furniture. We enjoyed the beautiful fountain with lighting.

We thought it is a resort, but it is more like a budget hotel where you are being served food but in limited quantity. The staff make sure, that no one get more food. In of the the case where we asked for taking plates for our rooms, we were told that you can have 2 Chapatis (Bread) per person maximum. The hotel had very frequent power cuts and very bad power backups. On one night, there were no lights. In the cable TV, you just get 2 channels, seriously- never saw such Miserness at a hotel. It's like they were doing some charity by making us the customers. Not sure, how Yatra.com provided us this hotel in our package. Also, I feel like this Hotel have paid reviews as it is 20 mins drive from Dal lake (last point) and the approach to the Hotel is through very narrow roads.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience but would like to clear your review points here:- Your room was already booked with the meals and we never give only 2 breads per head. We don't compromise on quantity .Your meal was booked and we gave you the dinner as per the Hotel menu only. The night you are talking about there was full feeder failure in the entire area . It was not in our hands and our back up was on for full night. But our backup is capable of lights, TV only and not any heating or cooling system. Our Led Tv's are installed with Dish tv family packs with almost 99 channel's per box. Our hotel is a dal lake view hotel near Nishat mughal garden and 10 mins far from the nearest dal lake stand. We hope you will accept our sincerest apologies for electricity failure. Thank you

Poor stay on this property The location is in the village and very narrow and lonely. If you are going for vacation please avoid this hotel It's not a resort, just an average hotel with very poor room service. A person name Wahid is very arrogant. Food in rooms is not allowed you have to come to a restaurant for food. General Manager Mr.Junaid is also very rude and did not provide any help. Strictly NO hotel if you are going with you family.

It was an amazing experience. We ask them to give our luggage as we we're traveling further and even kept our bikes. Staff were very cooperative . I will highly recommend. The view is awesome. But make sure you order food in time. The dinning area is very neat and clean.

we have booked 5 rooms for 4 days from 11th May 2024. when we reached at hotel they said we have only 4 rooms we are sorry we don't have 5th room... what type of service is this?????? the offer us fifth room in nearby homestay. assistant manager on reception desk who is bald at that time is very rude and not taking any responsibility.. and if we have any problem he directly said that talk to the general manager I don't know. location is far away from centre point. food is ok ok they served daily same type of menu. kitchen staff is very good. overall poor hotel service by the management and not taking any responsibility. what happen when you booked room before 2 months and when you reach at hotel they said they have only 4 room then what we should do for 5th family..... don't book for Impex hill resort there are many many other good hotels available in Srinagar

Thanks to Impex Hill Resort and Junaid. Had a comfortable stay at this hotel in srinagar. The balcony rooms was immaculate and the view was breath taking specially if it is a sunny day.
We had a 4 nights booking the food served to us on the last day was very good and thanks to Mustaque their cook and for rest of the days it was average.
Most of the hotel staffs was well mannered and very helpful.
THANKS Junaid for introducing us to Bashir Bhai ( telephone number : 09682538167 ) who drove us all around Kashmir, gulmarg , sonamarg and pahalgam with outmost care, guidance and sincerity using his more than 30 years of experience of Kashmir Valley .

Neat and clean rooms with heating facility. We found most tempting food here in our entire trip specially Lady finger was finger licking. You can enjoy beutiful view from your overall stay was comfortable. Location is not a issue if you have a cab at your disposal.

It was very nice stay. Calm and serene location with nice lawn with chairs and tables and jhoola. Dal lake seen from room balcony. Nice spacious rooms and good service. For site seeing good vehicle for family members with reasonable rate provided by Impex Hill Resor.
