It is a budget accomodation and you can bargain any amount with them. The hotel is okay for the price you pay . But there is a lot of improvement which is to be made on the food and beverages side, dont stay in this hotel in the winters as they dont have sufficient provision for it

I had stayed at this hotel when I last went to Kashmir and really enjoyed my stay here. It was cozy and comfortable. Moreover, the manager of the hotel had gifted me a saffron flower on my birthday that year. I would definitely recommend this hotel since the staffs are extremely courteous and even helpful.

A very cosy and comfortable place with personalised service. An ideal place to hangout both with friends and family. The staff is very couteous and looks after the needs of the customer. The amazing thing is the locational advantage, at walking distance from Tourist Reception Centre and well connected to Bulevard Road. Great staff, everybody will make his best to help and please you. Modern rooms, nice style and really comfortable. So are the beds! I was travelling on my own and felt really safe. Don't miss this place in Srinagar.

We went there on last week of Oct12 and were given rooms on 2nd floor. Initially room looked okay, clean and tidy. The linen was new and washroom had hot water supply. But it was COLD on bed and the coldness gradually increased with passage of time. I believe there is a resident dampness which makes the air feel more colder than outside. I literally got fever and shifted asap within 2 days.Though they provide hot water bag,its not sufficient and being a square shaped west facing hotel,it does'nt get enough sunlight. My advice to travelers is to get electric blanket on their own or get it arranged at any cost. You will get food options at nearby restaurants. Also ask for the rooms on the roadside, not facing the inside garden.
