Goona Palace House Boat ::::: Is beyond my words .....This is a beautiful place of stay I have ever found till date ! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re 9 members in total ; at Srinagar ;in the State of Jammu & Kashmir for a weeklong leisure trip to the most wonderful place on earth !!!!! had visited various place -- Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg.....and coming back to this great Goona Palace was very peaceful and great relaxing .. Md. Lateef Goona Bhai and his entire team of management of the HB .... excellent people and we owe a lot to his great wife and the wonderful caretakers ... for her best food preparations and wonderful hospitality and the heart touching care , compassion and concerns by his entire staff !!! The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Its a Great location, easy to get in and out to the city. The staff was wonderful. The palace is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset and sunrise through the majestic Dal Lake !!! When i say food was great (i mean it :)) 😊😊Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this wonderful place of stay whoever visits Kashmir ... to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)... Enjoy the serenity ,,,, comfort ,,, and hospitality ,,,, and food ,,, and and the most humbled Lateef Bhai ... Your involvement is amazing !!! The property has excellent benefits and food is delicious and tasty homely made and rooms where clean and hygiene washrooms and sanitized very beautiful view from houseboat towards sunset magnificent view of majestic mountain and good watch local culture I recommend this palace and staff and Mr goona come stay enjoy like i did .

We live in Srinagar city and stayed at this houseboat and enjoyed over stay and figer out the beuty of Lake and houseboat admire lake peaceful stay and relaxing and enjoyable sleeping without noise and vibrant colours of Lake while in evening different life and enjoyable atostomephe and environment and staff respect ing in behavior hospitality management system and very safe for family and kids once book entire houseboat you get previose for your family and homely cooked food which very important while on travelling your appetite is safe biggest safety of travel meals we get accordly what order I appreciate me goona experience and help of staff and care. We will visit again in same in upcoming winter to have different taste of winter kashmir is welcomed

I am here with family in houseboat goona palace Experience my friends reccomend this palace and service and food and room and washm room Where accurate and comfortable food and view was exceptional sunset and attandance was very polite and helpful and services was clean and comfortable food very tasty I will return this place again if come to Srinagar must stay at houseboat for peace and silince good for family safety's previosecey and comfortable with fresh breeze secanery

We capare stay in all regions like gulmarg . Pahalgam sonamarg . Shrinagar . The best was stay at houseboat why the previose Is most important in travel that I found in houseboat it unique and culture food homely cooked home stay and come out in front houseboat watching local life and sunset birds fishing and culture peace full atmosphere I recommend Mr goona and his houseboat goona palace relly appreciate his advise rel as Related travel consultant before you come visit Kashmir Thanks Mr goona his help and family for food and care

Location is very nice service is execellent.owner Mr Latif is very good person very helping . staff is very good .food is very good. over all its very good place we got hot water all day. in winter . boat was neat and clean every time we came back . we stayed for four days .

My stay at goona palace was planned for 1 day but got extended by another 5 days as I was mesmerised by its beauty and more over the dal lake which glitters in night. You get homely food and homely hospitality. Mr Goona stays just behind his houseboat and takes care of all your needs. He planned my entire itinerary of Kashmir with a limited budget and I would say it was awesome in all manners . Plan your trip in relaxed manner and would say enjoy your entire stay in houseboat if you love peace and serenity. Signing off , visit Kashmir and hope you enjoy as I did
