Normally i travel solo . On occasion i would travel with a friend. Visiting Kashmir had been a child hood dream which materialized last week of February 2021.
Myself and a friend of mine from Auroville we both arrived in early morning hours to Srinagar. Me being from North and having done extensive travelling was responsible for making proper arrangements of our stay..needless to say i had none.
We arrived by bus from Jammu to Srinagar and were standing in the middle of nowhere. There were 4 guys who were from Maharashtra who also got down from the same bus. We checked with them if they had a booking to which they said yes..
So we decided to tag along shared the cab ride with them which usually would have costed us 700 rs instead we ended up paying 100 rs. Per person.
We arrived at rhe Kashmir Inn and our lovely host mastered in many languages spoke to us in English and Equally fluent in Hindi..
He informed us that booking was only for 4 though 2 rooms were ready it will take him only 10 minutes to get our room ready as well.
We arrived as strangers but left as part of a family Riyaz bhai was very attentive and quick to make our stay very comfortable.. Than you so much for giving us home away from home. 💕💕
He also informed us where we will find the good Kashmiri stuff and not fake.
Later we met with his beautiful wife and two joyful boys..
All of the family welcomed us into this beautiful comfortable inn as well as their home..

I have booked my tickets for the my family between 13th Nov to 16th Nov 2014. I stayed two days here with family and booked two family rooms for us. First of all let me tell you that hotel run by family having three brothers and i was in contact with Fayaz bhai, who makes our stay more pleasant than i expected. We went to the sonamarg with Fayaz bhai and we all like his company with us like a elder brother. Services are very good and i hope in the coming days they are gonna be a good and better than anyone else in the budget hotels in Srinagar.

It was a great stay at Kashmir Inn. Mr. Riyaz helped in making our stay extremely good. The rooms were clean. Khurshid bhai provided us with quick service. Our driver Mr. Zahoor Khan was also very helpful and made us visit almost all the places in Kashmir making our trip memorable.

They have small and cosy rooms with clean bathrooms...made the stay worthwhile. The staff is co-operative If only they could improve the quality of the meals. The food was not really to the desired standard. Overall it was good because the staff really co-operated well.

I visited srinagar and the adjoining areas with my family in march and stayed in this hotel. Initially our trip was meant to be for 4 nights n 5 days, which went on extremely well. However due to heavy snowfall, our flight was cancelled and we couldn't leave. The support and warmth given us by Mr. Riyaz and his entire staff was overwhelming. They provided us with a homely atmosphere, made us feel extremely comfortable and secure and this helped our trip to end on a happy note. I and my entire family whole heartedly recommends this hotel to every individual visiting srinagar, as they promise to make our trip memorable for ever!! And we also can't forget our wonderful driver and friend, who was with us as a guide and support from the 1st day till the end of our trip. So a big thumbs up from our family! !
