I have given five star for staff members of the hotel, right from reception to kitchen each and every staff is so warm humble and helpful. Hotel is a good option if you want to stay near dal lake, it has all basic facilities room are of good size with good and comfortable beds. Service is very good ambience is well maintained and neat and clean. One a staff member stood with us like an angel when my daughter fell sick in the middle of night he took us to hospital stayed with us for two hours.

Nice place to stay with very polite ans supportive staff members however there are some issues with electricity and hot water in rooms also there are limited food options while offering from room service, lift was not working throughout our whole stay we'd to climb to 3rd floor everytime.

I had wonderful experience in this hotel. The rooms were clean & very comfortable. Overall , I had great experience with the staff they were very helpful especially Tauseef & Bilal. Thank you so much.. This is the perfect hotel for kashmir trip & very near to dallake. I highly recommended this hotel... overall it was beautiful experience:) will visit again for sure..

I visited srinagar last week for a getaway from the city . My experience there was just off the charts . Especially because of staff in this hotel (especially Mr Tauseef- AH),very warm welcome , clean n decent rooms ,good food &well located I would especially like to comment on manager there Mr Tauseef - helpful ,very well informed about places to visit , courteous & always there for all you needs .I recommend anyone who wants to visit srinagar .go for this hotel .make sure you contact this guys for all your queries n needs .he ll definitely guide you for everything without any fishy catch

The moment we entered the hotel it was a 'WOW'. Rooms were spacious for 3 people as well. Rooms were clean well maintained, heater h was provided to keep you warm and cozy. Food was unbelievable, really appreciate chef for food and provide us home like feeling. Talking about staff member they were there for us all the time and made sure we are comfortable at their hotel. Places are near from this hotel so definitely gonna recommend to everyone who is going to visit kashmir for a trip.

Hotel Pacific is home away from home, I was humbled by the well behaved staff, who were always there to help 24x7. Right from the moment you you step in the hotel, they are very warm and welcoming, the room are neat and clean. The food was delicious and sumptious and the staff was next to your table to make sure you dont have to get up from your table. I would like to say this GREAT hospitality was displayed from the top of the management, i mean the owner Zafar bhai, the receptionist Tauceef, the ever helpful staff, Bilal, Javed, Qasim, Zameer, Shabbir and the Chef. i am looking forward to my next trip in August or Sept, wish the entire management all the very BEST and see you soon.

I stayed 4 days in Hotel pacific.. My experience was really good.. Hotel rooms are clean. Hotel restaurant is good and serves delicious food.. They also offered us famous kashmiri food... Hotel staff is polite and humble.. They arranged a cake for our 1st wedding anniversary and made our day really special. Our overall experience was awesome..
