We have stayed in the Hotel in Last week. Good Room with proper neatness. The room was cleaned properly on all the days during our stay. The room heating system is also good.

Very good hotel with all facilities very much suitable for family.

The hotel is now called Palm Spring Srinagar. It's a nice clean hotel located very near the central business district but away from heavy traffic and noise. It's a normal 3 star hotel with basic facilities. We stayed here on and off for a total of 4 nights during our trip. First night we had clean comfortable rooms. Upon our return after two days the rooms we got on the first floor were in need of repairs. They changed us to better rooms on our last 2 nights in Srinagar. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Food at breakfast was not very good but dinner is okay.

My parents who are beyond 60 yrs of age are currently staying in this hotel which claims to be a 4 star property. It's the worst property and the worst experience my parents are having. They cannot climb the stairs and requested for room at the ground floor which was denied. The room quality which includes a bed, bathroom and general upkeep is not upto the mark. There is a stinking smell also in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had two rooms booked throughout the stay. First the good things first, working staff here is efficient and do the best then can within their sphere of influence. This is the only good thing here, the condition of the property and management’s attitude leaves a lot to be desired. When we walked into our rooms on first day there was a strong stench of STP water. Staff acknowledged the problem and gave us a bottle of room freshener but smell was still there. Shower doors for both the rooms were missing which meant that water from shower was in entire bathroom for both rooms. My youngest son slipped in there as well. Hotel’s MD, an epitome of arrogance had the nerve to tell us that malfunctioning bathrooms are just a small thing and not something to fuss over. His attitude and arrogance was something we have not experienced in hospitality ever! I recommend to look at other options while planning your trip.

Its my 5th trip to srinagar. I haven't experienced the snowfall yet but this time I enjoyed the snowfall.
Hotel Prine Springs Offers me the best price in peak season time.
There Hospitaly is super amazing.
They don't have the word NO.
U ask the thing and they will arrange it for you

This was our 1st trip to Kashmir was it was our 1st wedding anniversary. Our stay was at Pine Spring Srinagar. Hotel is very good, WIFi is decent, the staff is too courteous and helpful. The food at the buffet was a bit disappointing.

I had booked this hotel in the month of September '14, but had to cancel my bookings due to natural calamity of floods in J&K. Now it has been almost 6 months I have been following up with them for My payment of INR 16500/- , but they are not acknowledging our requests despite of several follow ups . This is highly un- courteous and non ethical on the part of the Pine spring management ,that they are treating their customers in such awful manner .
People please beware of such hotel property who try to retain money from customers , they don't have a refund policy , or if they have they do not honor their commitment .
Still struggling to get my money back, now the last alternative is to file a consumer complaint against them and drag them for compensation in consumer court .

Been to this hotel during my trip to Srinagar. The hotel stuff are very cordial. Rooms are perfectly groomed as well as their food quality. Only few hick ups during my stay with the room service other than that it is absolutely good. Would suggest you to book this hotel since they have their hotels across Srinagar which will help you to save time & energy . Also during weather problems they can easily accommodate you in any of their hotels. Will give 4 out of 5 for them.

We visited this hotel on 28th oct 2014 , the staff of the hotel are very good , they are highly trained , always made us feel special , service here is really good , we were amazed to have such an amazing service , seriously we appreciate their hospitality .... thank you pine spring group (wazir bagh , pahalgam , gulmarg) and the driver we had with us (Mr.Javed) a very helpful person , he was with us all the time , he guided us all the way , and was very good with us , i totally appreciate his presence, he was like our big brother .
