We have stayed in the Hotel in Last week. Good Room with proper neatness. The room was cleaned properly on all the days during our stay. The room heating system is also good. This hotel had multiple problems. Let me start with the most critical one. We visited this place in December, the expected minimum the night we stayed in the hotel was -2°, we had to brave this cold with a non functioning central heating system, and this was for the entire floor, not just one room. However, central heating was working on the floor above is, which had the suite rooms. On asking the maintenance team the reason behind this, we were told that the heating equipment was old and lacked the capacity to heat all floor, so our floor heat was turned off. Imagine a hotel management callous enough to let a whole floor sleep in this cold. Then comes the bathrooms - they had malfunctioning ventilation and were constantly stinking. It was so bad, we did not use the bathrooms for a whole night The third issue was with the dinner and breakfast arrangements - if you have chosen the MAP package, please be prepared to be treated like cattle. You will not be served in the restaurant, but you will have to reach a separate bare room with insufficient tables and food kept in a corner. Be prepared to play musical chairs with other diners if you want to sit and eat. The final bolt on this coffin - while the hotel promised free wifiit is with ridiculously low bandwidth and speds, and would get disconnected every few seconds, so there is literally nothing you can do to distract yourself from the cold and hunger and discomfort of not having used the facilities. They had not subscribed to any satellite service so you were not limited to whatever free-to-air channels were on TV until the cold sapped your energy and sent you to sleep. …

The hotel is now called Palm Spring Srinagar. It's a nice clean hotel located very near the central business district but away from heavy traffic and noise. It's a normal 3 star hotel with basic facilities. We stayed here on and off for a total of 4 nights during our trip. First night we had clean comfortable rooms. Upon our return after two days the rooms we got on the first floor were in need of repairs. They changed us to better rooms on our last 2 nights in Srinagar. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Food at breakfast was not very good but dinner is okay.

This was our 1st trip to Kashmir was it was our 1st wedding anniversary. Our stay was at Pine Spring Srinagar. Hotel is very good, WIFi is decent, the staff is too courteous and helpful. The food at the buffet was a bit disappointing.

Very good hotel with all facilities very much suitable for family. . Decent wifi, Room heater, bath tub along with small work station to keep your job on if required. . Food was really tasty, not much spread but really authenticate and sufficient for every type of travelers.

Its my 5th trip to srinagar. I haven't experienced the snowfall yet but this time I enjoyed the snowfall. Hotel Prine Springs Offers me the best price in peak season time. There Hospitaly is super amazing. They don't have the word NO. U ask the thing and they will arrange it for you Mis SAIMIA arranged everything for us The food travel stay everything. Me and my family happened to search for hotels in Kashmir , suprisingly we came across Pine spring chain of hotels ... They have hotels all across Kashmir ... I would to say that this was my very first visit to Kashmir ... Looking at their website I booked the hotels at 3 places @ Srinagar , Pahalgam , Gulmarg , for the 4th one that was in sonmarg I had to call the hotel and they happily gave me a booking ... Trust me guys I have never seen such a hospitality in my life ... The best part was I was lucky to meet the owner of the hotel who is very fine gentleman ...True kashmiri spirit ( Athiti devo Bhava) The team working here whom I met was muddasara , Safiya and Huma they where the stars of the hotel .. I was overwhelmed knowing that I was staying with the best people and what I got a super surprise by know that I was upgraded to a suit room .. The whole kashmir knows pine spring hotel ... The stay was so comfortable with lively and lovely rooms .. A true hotel in terms of comfort , hospitality and warmth ... They are the best ... Everyone has to visit this hotel once in their lifetime…
