Very nice hotel staffs. We felt as if we are at our home. The hotel taxi driver 'Selim' was a very good person. The only problem we felt was the availability of hot water. They use serve only in the morning. Hopefully the problem will be solved once the hotel will run in full swing. I strongly recommend if you are traveling with family and need tranquil environment

Beautiful location near to airport , great food, quality service,well furnished rooms. You can't ask for more. A perfect weekend gateway. u will feel that every penny spent here was worth .Starting winter season d place white in Gulmarg.

It was our first trip at Srinagar. This hotel was very good in hospitality as well as cleaning. The staff of it were very good supportive with the customers. All facilities like heater, water, food, room services are excellent. They all are well helpful. It is located in a outskirts of the Srinagar so anybody can go outside easily from it. I suggest to you that if you go to Srinagar than must be stay in this hotel.

Staying at there is feeled like same as at home fearless n very comfortable also providing best services by staff. I recmmemd to visit this one whenever u will been to Kashmir n jammu. We had been there from 13th march 2015 to 18th march 2015.

I visited Grand kashmir early in this month with a group of 45 pax, rooms were clean, staff was good. Its partner sajjad offered very good rates to us to keep good relation for future. Finally my group is happy. Hats off for sajjad thanks.

Our stay in grand kashmir hotel from 18 to 24 were memorable, food served were excellent, staff /manager were very helpful n friendly, rooms were clean and well kept. Didn't missed home wen we were in grand kashmir.

Went with family a few months back in April.The location of the hotel is very bad and in the outskirts of Srinagar.The rooms were decent.The service is pathetic.Cleanliness a issue.Good if your budget is low otherwise not a good hotel.
