The hotel is situated in a very good location and the staff here are very sweet and helpful 😊 the stay has truly been very safe and sound as we were the only girls travelling. We booked a stay in Elaf Regency for two nights in Srinagar and it ended up being a far more pleasant stay than we could've ever imagined.
Elaf Residency is located in a nice and clean part of the city. The room was very clean and lavishly equipped with all creature comforts. The room was also equipped with an all weather AC so we were warm and cozy throughout.
The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and polite, and took care of all our needs. The food was lip smackingly good and we ate to our heart's content.
The owner of the hotel, Saleem went out of his way to help us with an issue we had with out taxi operator during our stay. He saw us in distress and helped us resolve the issue with immediate effect. Acting almost like a friend/family member instead of just a person providing us a hotel room. That alone was worth way more than the price of admission.
What makes a place truly great isn't just the creature comfort it provides, but it's the people behind it, and Elaf Residency has some of the finest human beings running it.
If you are in Srinagar, just close your eyes and choose Elaf Residency, you will have a stay to remember.

1. The rooms are really very best in terms of heating.It has Centralized AC with heating and hot water facility 24 hrs.
2. Food is very tasty no mattery it's veg or non veg.
3. The room service is best.

The Hotel is very nice. Clean and big rooms . Food quality and taste is very good but the best part of this place is the staff - they r so polite and humble , nice to talk to. U tell them for something and they make sure to revert in maximum 10min. Special call out for Zeeshan Ahmed Khan - he is very very good. Very polite and helpful. He made our trip comfortable and next time we come here would definitely chose Elaf. Thanks !

I like everything, staff very kind and attention of all we need. The bed very comfortable, y U have everything you need in the room, for tea, Bournvita, WiFi…..
Nice hotel as the staff is very cooperative and we timely get our breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and hygienic. They also have good quality room heater that you will not feel cold at all. And plus washrooms are very clean and nicely maintained. You will not regret staying here.

Fantastic hotel to stay at, the food is excellent, the rooms are awesome and has their heating system which is just heavenly.
