The hotel met all of my standards for a five star hotel. The service from the gate upon arrival until four days later when we left was exceptional. Everyone I met from the owner to the bellhop appeared to be well versed in hotel management. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing well maintained and adequately stocked. They replaced the king comforter with two single ones as two single beds were not available. We reported minor issues such as Airconditioning and these issues were resolved immediately We met the owner in their restaurant the first night. While chatting he said we must try the Rogan ghost. They prepared it for us even though it was not in the set menu The restaurant staff were managed by Gowhar who oversaw prompt and efficient service. I had a cough and he immediately made kahava as well as hotline with keshar drink. Subsequently we had kahava with every meal Kashmiris in general are extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very safe walking outside during all hours of the day and night. The presence of a large number of security and army forces was overwhelming and in my opinion was over the top and should be scaled down. Overall, the hotel staff helped us feel well looked after and safe I would definitely visit again…

Our stay at Kabo was excellent. The hospitality was top notch. We felt like home at Kabo. Special mention to Gowhar at restaurant. He was very sweet and loving with the kids. He made them eat their food on time :)

One of the best places to stay at and the services were excellent i met one hard working person namely gowhar there who is so down to earth he cared for me just like a brother and made sure i don't face any issue regarding anything....seeing such places in kashmir really makes you feel awesome...

Loved the place, decor, staff management and everything. Gowhar was very nice and hospitable with me and my friends even though I let him know about birthday just a day before, but everything was phenomenal beyond my expectations. It was absolutely incredible! Cafe Ababeel exceeded all expectations for my birthday celebration. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was divine, and Gowhar was simply amazing! I stayed at this fabulously beautiful boutique hotel in a delux room from 24th to 27th August 2023. The check-in was very smooth. The staff at the reception, especially Rabiya, Mehar, and Musadiq, are very cooperative and make you feel completely at home. The room itself was very spacious and beautifully done and regularly cleaned. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor as well as on the 5th floor. The open-air restaurant on the 5th floor is a very beautiful place to relax in the evenings with the cool breeze and the music. The staff deployed at the restaurants are very energetic and always on their toes to cater to the guests. The buffet affair in the breakfast and dinner is quite widespread and delicious, though the south Indian cuisines offered in breakfast have ample scope for improvement. I had a small problem with the billing, which was quickly sorted out by Rabiya and Mehar. I had a delightful stay at this boutique hotel, and I would highly recommend this hotel for all future travelers to Srinagar.…

This is fantastic luxury place to stay in Srinagar. I stayed here for 3 nights. Shazia and her colleagues were best at front desk. We were through in 10 min with all information. Room - Room is spacious. All rooms has thick carpet. Rooms are provided with closet, fridge and kettle. You will get required sachets for tea and coffee. Room had a king size bed. It was very spacious. Bed, comforter and pillows were clean and cozy. Bathrooms were adequately sized. Toiletries were not very premium but local made. Hot water is 24 hours available. A/C or heating was centralized and really good. Restaurant - Restaurant at ground floor was amazing. Ambience is perfect, quality of food was really good. We tried Pizza, Sandwiches, Pasta, Kashmiri Pulav, Roti, paneer dish etc.... each item was delicious. Portions are adequate for 1-2 people. Buffett - Our package had breakfast and dinner included. The spread for breakfast covers Maharashtrian, South indian and north Indian delicacies. Each item is perfect and delicious. Dinner spread was awesome too. Kashmiri dum aaloo is my favorite. We just stayed for 1 night at Kabo and felt we should have stayed longer. Service was 5*, meals were superb, the rooftop restaurant has a vibe, rooms are large and they overlook the stadium so has a bit of a view. Location is also perfect. Looking for 5* hospitality and services, Kabo is the best in Srinagar.

Indeed a luxury boutique hotel, with beautiful rooms and interior. There are a lot of food options but the taste of few food items could be better. All together the name is worth it since it's a luxury stay altogether and it really gives a feeling of royalty and everyone is very welcoming and friendly and yes in restaurant you should come across Gauhar who is very sweet and always up for helping you. Thank you for making our honeymoon experience so so wonderful
