Hence, a special effort is made at all our houseboats to ensure that guest security and the houseboats security takes precedence over any other objective.The Lal Mandi Road is security patrolled by security guards and all emergency plans well in place. The houseboats is located in high security zone and shares the VIP road and political residence on another side of the shore, both well guarded by BSF.

The host was warm and friendly. We were offered warm kahwa as soon as we reached. The host Helped us with transport to nearby locales. The food was delicious. We had a comfortable stay. The traditional curtains and interesting curios around the houseboat made me feel that I wouldve loved to just stay there for a few days just for the quiet and the beauty.

We stay along with 30 person from maharashtra. We stayed 2 nights here and 2 night in there hotel and 2 night katra. The tour was organised by there company. The tour arrangements was great. We not face single difficult . Everything was very. Well organised in professional way. The location of houseboat was near lal chowk easily can do window shopping. The people at house boat was great

houseboat : very comfortable, clean, nothing smelly at all and it is at the rim of the river so you can go walking around at the town, other houseboat is at the center of the lake which you have to take the boat to get in and out food : is not the problem of the foreigner at all because they can cook thaistyle food which is great and easy to eat shafry, aijaz and uncle are very nice, warm welcome feeling like being at home, the best thing is that they not forcing you to buy things which impress me very much it differentiate them from others houseboat or hotel transportation and tour guide : they arrange everything clearly they feel free to show you every detail of the tour and cost of everything before you give your money, and they arrange the tour up to your preferation you…

If you want to experience the boathouse stay, then I will suggest you to select this one. This boathouse was fantabulous and the service was amazing. The location was great. You will really feel the peace here.

We went to Kashmir for our 25th wedding anniversary and stayed with Shelter groups. Excellent service, polite and helpful staff, great food. A great experience overall. Worth the visit, and of course Kashmir is simply breathtaking 😍

convenient, good service, quiet, good food, Good driver, The boat is new and the staff is attentive and took very good care of us during our stay. beautiful boathouse. decorated in high Kashmiri style, with modern bathrooms, ornate, carved antique furniture and grand double beds.

Great food made to order. Very spacious house boat. Friendly, resourceful and helpful staffs and the owner played the part of perfect host who is become a good friend. Definitely recommend others to this place. Hope to visit once more.

Lovely houseboat with excellent hospitality. We spent 4 nights in this houseboat and I must say hospitality is unbelievable, staff makes sure you are comfortable and enjoying the stay. The houseboat itself is master piece wonderful architecture. The food is good quality. The owner is a gentle person, nice, kind and helpful. He took care of us very much so we did not worry at all about the Srinagar area. We went to Sonamarg and Pahalgam. All the journey were awesome. They provided very good driver. We came back home with unforgettable memories from Kashmir.
