We booked four room for 7th n 8th April for our senior citizen friends. They gave us two rooms with a view but another two not. The furniture bed, chairs etc are quite old and needs replacement. Only half litre water bottle per person were given No proper toiletries are in the rooms. However they provided toiletries on asking. But relectently. Evan they replenish tea n coffee on requests but again relectently .we have to make a request every time.The milk powder sachets are quite old and gave foul smell.
The food is good ,sumptuous and tasty. The main chef prepared Kashmiri pulao and dum aloo on our request.

An awesome property to stay in Srinagar. A contemporary style with modern feel, Grand Kaisar Srinagar has kept itself well with the spirit of the beautiful and picturesque city. The hotel welcomes you to a stunning beautifully done up lobby and gives you kashmiri tea for drinking called "KEHWA" which is very good in taste. The hotel staff are good, ever ready to do the most to make you comfortable and always guiding. And the buffet is also good. Hotel has got centralized A/c and heating in winter. They provide nice bornfire🔥 during night time at the hotel lawn in winter. Special Thanks to 'Mr Rahil Bashir' and 'Mr Musharrif' for providing excellent service and being very polite.😊

I genuinely enjoyed my 4-day stay at The Grand Kaisar. Starting from beautiful rooms with a warm shower and room heater, to 4G Wifi available all the time that helped me cope up with my work schedule as my sim didn't support network in there, and ending up at the variety of foods available which were so tasty and delightful, and the servers being so nice and polite, I just have nothing to complain about. Further, I'd like to personally express my gratitude to Mr. Rahil Bashir for his wonderful and welcoming host with excellent management skillsets. We, 5 couples, 17 members , have booked 7 rooms in this property in Feb 2021 for 4 days. As all hotels in Gulmarg was full so decided to stay in Srinagar, So at the end it was good decision to stay here. The property in centrally located and near to Shopping area. The Room size were excellent , my room 106 was much bigger than others, All rooms sizes are not same. But the interior of all rooms are very good and feel was luxury. Hotel staff was humble and arranged camp fire for us. All rooms were centrally heated so it was feeling hot in room but outside it was chilling. Master Chef Tanveer was the key person, he has helped us to serve best quality food and of our choice also. Special thnx to him. So I was very much satisfied by the Hotel management.

We had the opportunity of staying in grand kaisar for a one night and it was such an amazing experience. After staying in the likes of Asian park and the hotels in Pahalgam, this was like comfort at its best and we were genuinely feeling bad that we couldn’t stay for more days here. Not sure if that was the reason our flight got canceled due to snowfall and we had to extend our stay by two days. We somehow managed to talk and get a room in grand kaisar itself and never even thought of looking at other options. It’s centralised heating is the best. We had bonfire outside the property reception every night.
The maintenance staff were prompt and on time and the maintenance manager Mansoor made sure we received whatever we asked for immediately. That sort of service in kashmir hotels is a luxury.
The restaurant manager Owais was an able person and managed the chef and waiting staff so well. Food spread was not super expensive but it was tasty even though limited. The food quality was top notch. Even if something got over, it was made sure that it was quickly prepared again and served. We were on a MAPAI plan, our breakfast and dinner mealtimes made sure our tummies were kept safe and happy!
Would recommend anyone staying in Srinagar to not even think of any hotel and would go one step above and recommend people to actually plan for day trips from Srinagar to dhoodhpatri, Pahalgam and Gulmarg and come back for the night to being warm and cozy here, instead of staying in other “so called 3 star or 4 star”hotels at those places. The 3 -4 hr back and forth travel everyday would still be worth the comfort.

Very rude staff. They have no concept of service. You have to ask for basic amenities. Even if you are occupying a superior deluxe room with double occupancy, the hotel's policy is to provide just one napkin the size of a large handkerchief. No newspapers are available even at the reception. The location is in a residential area with another hotel almost touching grand kaisar. Gives the feeling of staying in an industrial city and not in Srinagar. Very little choice of food - we had booked mapi with breakfast and dinner. You need to call the waiter to clean the table.

Rooms are very nice with heating facility working nicely and food is really great with decent flavor and deliciousness. Service is very good, hospitality is very well and things are attended well in time and nicely. There is also a terrace and lawn if you want to spend time in open. I think location of hotel is also good but you miss the view from windows as it is in residential surroundings.

Good ambience within hotel, location not so good as it is in small gali and there was no Balcony in our room. No outside scenery from room. Food is ok. Service needs to be improved as our tea was delivered after 40 mins to our room. Also they have policy like if you want to clean up you room you need to give them keys, inspite you tell them to clean room , they won’t. Campfire 🔥 was really good. Overall above average.

Coming to the Room Cleaning , Could you please tell us how would have we been able to clean the room when the keys were with you .
