Highly recommended! Our five-day stay here was truly unforgettable, and there are several aspects that made it so special. 1. The location is fantastic, despite being located in the lively Dal Lake area, the property has its own calm charm. 2. The rooms are exquisitely designed, with interiors having a charming European ambience, particularly in the new wing. 3. The breakfast and restaurant offerings exceeded our expectations, with exceptional service from Maqsood and Sohail, who provided personalized care and attention to guests. 4. The prime location allowed for delightful morning strolls along Boulevard Road, and the proximity to renowned restaurants was a definite highlight. 5. They have a well-maintained lawn and a lovely terrace
Cons: My overall rating is 4, and there has to be some reason why not 5 :) 1. The housekeeping service could be more prompt. Despite our early arrival, we didn't receive both rooms until later in the afternoon (arrived before 2pm , and got rooms well past 3 pm), and the cleaning service appeared to be reactive rather than proactive. 2. We felt that the restaurant could benefit from a slightly expanded menu, especially for vegetarians, as the options became repetitive after a few days. 3. Lastly, the lake view from the new wing, including the lake view rooms, did not meet our expectations in terms of impressiveness.

Experience was good . Servic and management awesome .Food was delicious Room service and conditions are also good. Overall exillent Families who stayed at this property loved its excellent location right opposite the Dal Lake. The property is well-maintained and has spacious, clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff is courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. The food is good, but some guests felt that the breakfast options could be more varied. The property has a mix of old and new buildings, with some guests preferring the newer rooms. The food was amazing. According to me this is the best restaurant in Srinagar and to be honest I loved the food. I visited twice here only because I loved the food. The chicken was extremely soft and fresh. The food and beverage department staffs are also very nice and polite.

The rooms facing the Dal lake or the back have nice views but the ones on the side have no views at all, so choose accordingly. The breakfast served was not up to the mark as almost everything lacked in taste & flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for anyone looking to be in the middle of the hustle bustle of a tourist town.

Grand Boulevard should be on everyone’s list when looking for accommodations in Srinagar. Dining is managed by Chef Ijaz and the caring crew. Food was hot and delicious. Each crew went an extra mile to make sure we get the best care while we are staying here. The welcome reception area was clean. Our suite was clean and plenty of outlets in the room. Hot water, heating, mountain View, entrance on Dal Lake, were some of the amenities we enjoyed during our stay. We recommend everyone get a tour of the hotel before deciding where you should stay. We plan to stay here when we visit Srinagar next time. Thanks everyone at Hotel Boulevard for making our stay pleasant and peaceful.
