A hotel like The Kaiser deserves an appreciation. Behaviour of the staff was so genuine and calm, the ambience of the hotel was soothing. It was very well organized and managed by Mr. Sheikh Umar, he was very polite and sweet, also he gave us so many suggestions about the place, where to visit and what to purchase. Really loved the whole atmosphere. Also he presented us with a sweet gesture of giving us the pouches, authentic from Srinagar. The food was amazing , and there are no words to explain the taste and quality of food. I will surely stay there if I visit again . Thanks a lot The Kaiser and Mr Sheikh Umar and team for this wonderful experience .

I was stayed in Kesar hotel for 3 days and i can say it was excellent stay. Hotel has all the facilities specially in winter electric mat for bed and room heaters were already arranged.All the staff is very accommodative and helpful and provided all the support required during my stay without any fuss. I am really thankful to hotel Owner Mr. U mar Shaikh (+91 99065 71522) who has made our tour special. I would definitely recomend to contact him directly who are looking for Kashmir Trip.

Booked through IRCTC package...and got a very good hotel with Extremely good Manager Sheik Umar who guided well about the tour itinerary and made comfortable, hassle free arrangements despite of some tour changes due to strike in Srinagar.
Additionally, I experienced delicious food, especially Shahi Paneer, Paneer Paratha and the Kahwa.
Overall, I had a very good experience at Hotel Kaisar during my stay last week.

We have went to Kashmir trip from March 28 to April 2 , 2021 from IRCTC and stayed at The Kaisar in Srinagar, hotel staff is very friendly and good ambience and good food, the best hotel for the budget in the town they have arranged house boat stay at Monalisa, which is also a good click for us. Overall experience is very good at hotel and not to forget about our driver Manzoor he is very, experienced driver cum guide for us , the trip became more memorable for us becoz of this two, I woul recommend my family n friends further also. It was very nice to stay here.it was above expectations .Our group of 124 students all from different states of india are happily leaving today,hotel manager arranged kashmiri folk singer noor muhad ,I didn't understand the lines but music was heart touching.thanks once again to umar bhai for excellent service.dj music was also arranged on last night. we will visit only this hotel if we ever visit kashmir

Amazing experience! Amazing food & great service. The ambience is perfect. Surely would be coming again! Its a 5 Star treatment. Location is also prime in Srinagar. one can reach within 30 min from the Airport. Restaurants & local shops are near to the hotel.

This tour is a complete package. It has aspects of adventure tourism ( activities in sonmarg and gulmarg) , pilgrimage tourism ( vaishnodevi yatra and hazratbul shrine, shankaracharya temple) . It also consisted of visit to avantipura ruins which is an excavation site of the avantiswamy temple and it's references to the ancient Indian history. Also some important sites that we visited covering the aspects of eco tourism. The botanical Garden in srinagar, forests of pahalgam etc., with all the positives I felt that the tour lacked in something very important which is introduction to kashmiri folk art. Probably one of the evenings at hotel could have been dedicated to folk art . However all that being said it was a great experience. Our travel agent / guide Mr Umar Sheikh had put everything in place, well in advance making it a smooth and a lovable tour experience.

Stayed for a couple of nights at the property. Provided good rooms and tried their best to cater all the needs. Food was well prepared and served in the restaurant. We faced an issue with some dish, however hotel management took care of the same very well. Well located, hotel staff helps cater all the small needs. Would recommend for your stay in Srinagar.

We visited this hotel because of flight got cancelled. We were group of 12 and took 4 rooms for 2 nights. We were bit sceptic but after seeing rooms and facilities decided to take. Our stay was joy the dinner, breakfast and service was owsome. Manager Sheikh Umar was very helpful he arranged for sight seeing next day. He was helpful in every aspect.
