We stayed 2 nights at houseboat 1002 nights. “Amazing Houseboat” very different from other Houseboats. Hospitality was beyond our expectation and food is delicious beautiful Lake view. Peaceful location. Would highly recommend this houseboat to our friends.

Stayed for a couple of nights at the property. Provided good rooms and tried their best to cater all the needs. Food was well prepared and served in the restaurant. We faced an issue with some dish, however hotel management took care of the same very well. Well located, hotel staff helps cater all the small needs. Would recommend for your stay in Srinagar.

Kaisar hotel is one of the best hotels in Srinagar. The staff are very friendly and are available 24/7. The food is tasty especially for vegetarians. All thanks to Omar for your hospitality. Will visit again for sure.

Very nice hotel, good staff and very delicious food. The hotel maneger is very humble person. Rooms of hotel are also clean. The staff of hotel is also very helpful. Heating system of hotel is also good.

We have went to Kashmir trip from March 28 to April 2 , 2021 from IRCTC and stayed at The Kaisar in Srinagar, hotel staff is very friendly and good ambience and good food, the best hotel for the budget in the town they have arranged house boat stay at Monalisa, which is also a good click for us. Overall experience is very good at hotel and not to forget about our driver Manzoor he is very, experienced driver cum guide for us , the trip became more memorable for us becoz of this two, I woul recommend my family n friends further also. Thank you 😊

Amazing experience! Amazing food & great service. The ambience is perfect. Surely would be coming again! Its a 5 Star treatment. Location is also prime in Srinagar. one can reach within 30 min from the Airport. Restaurants & local shops are near to the hotel.

It was very nice to stay here.it was above expectations .Our group of 124 students all from different states of india are happily leaving today,hotel manager arranged kashmiri folk singer noor muhad ,I didn't understand the lines but music was heart touching.thanks once again to umar bhai for excellent service.dj music was also arranged on last night. we will visit only this hotel if we ever visit kashmir

We were 24paxs from utrakhand and we had great time here. We came here to participate in winter games ski,it was great enjoyment and we will come again jn this hotel.great management by mr umar and all the staff was great.great food and taste.last night we enjoyed dance with dj music.over all very good.

We visited this hotel because of flight got cancelled. We were group of 12 and took 4 rooms for 2 nights. We were bit sceptic but after seeing rooms and facilities decided to take. Our stay was joy the dinner, breakfast and service was owsome. Manager Sheikh Umar was very helpful he arranged for sight seeing next day. He was helpful in every aspect.
