We stayed here with Kids and Friends. Overlal housebot is very beautiful and you have a heritage property type feeling. They have 3 houseboat joined with each other and serve buffet breakfast and dinner. Food qualtiy was ok but if improved would have been better. The negative point we felt is that they try to push for Shikara ride from Housebat and quote almost 4-5 time rate than shikara taken from outside.

Great place with lovely view and delicious food. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Hospitality and service is outstanding. We’ve had some great time spent here. Would definitely recommend people to try it out..

the best houseboat in dal lake.... with the 5star property......styed her 2 night last week.... best service.....staff were good and polite with helping nature.....heater in room was good......24hrs hot water ....food was delicious both veg and non-veg.... dinning hall was gr8.....Mr Javed the owner of houseboat specially take care of the client .....a very good person......dont go anywhere and waste ur time and tour holiday.... jst book swanhouse boat
