we took 6 rooms on MAP food served was horrible. AC they don’t switch on They says it has to run on generator. they put a phone receiver on side so that no one can reach them Horrible staff & service.

I recently stayed at Hotel Victory in Srinagar and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, and the bed, pillow, and towels provided were all clean and comfortable. While there were some minor issues with the heater and toilet ventilator, these did not significantly impact my stay. The food served at the hotel was tasty, and I enjoyed the fantastic views of the surrounding scenery from outside the hotel. Based on my experience, I would rate Hotel Victory a 4-star hotel.

Pillow cover is not fresh they have given used one. They have provided extra bed on which no one can sleep comfortably. This hotel doesn't provide drinking water. They claim that they give only 500 ml per head but they have charged for that also.

Worst stay experience we had during our week long kashmir tour Check in time is 2 pm.. we reached at 4 pm and still rooms were not ready The water heater was too slow and had to wait 30.mins between 2 people having bath For breakfast not even tissue papers spoons etc were kept on table. The tea cups and plates were over and had to wait for other guests to finish and then the staff would take the plates wash and get back We ordered water from room. They told it was chargeable when we were not even given that days water bottle which were to be given complementary We ordered 6 spoons. They got only 3 after 20.mins wait We ordered tea bags. Waited for 45 mins and had to call again to remind. The staff is sure and non responsive No not ever select this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Victory Hotel in Srinagar, Kashmir and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's cleanliness. The rooms were spotless and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was crystal clear, truly giving me a sense of comfort and relaxation. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the food. The culinary team at The Victory Hotel truly outdid themselves with the quality and taste of the dishes. I especially enjoyed the delicious ratatouille, which was expertly prepared and had the perfect balance of flavors.

Very unhygienic hotel.please don't stey here .central heater is working only few hours.you don't survive in 0 degree temperature in room.they don't provide any room heater in room.my wife suffering from cold but they don't help.
