Unclean rooms, very careless attitude of the receptionist, poor food quality and choice, not even a bucket in the bathroom, dirty kept bathroom even before check in, no toast for breakfast, waste of money and adds to your misery. A big NO NO from me. The only plus point was the attendant Bilal. He deserves to be the manager. Dept of tourism needs to have standards clear for a 3 star rating.

We stayed for 2 nights, Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a mountain view from the balcony. The moment we arrived, the staffs were friendly and we were served with welcome drink and were ushered to the restaurant for dinner. The food and service was excellent. Lovely dining experience both breakfast and dinner buffet. So convenient and delicious. Every staff member we came across are delightful. All genuinely friendly and happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. The staff look like they enjoy working there. It was a very well run and very new hotel which gives a peaceful and relaxing outlook. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Srinagar.

When we checked in about 3pm we were given a room on the ground floor whereby passerby can see through the room (no day curtain). Then we change room on 3rd floor There is not only NO LIFT but NO LiGHT and we climb the stairs in darkness led by the receptionist using his handphone torch. (We are in our Seventies) and there’s also no handrails.Hot water is only available after 7pm Every now and then there’s blackout! What A Hotel when it’s barely 4 months old!

Hotel is just 4 months old and the central heating has gone down. They must inform the guests but they don't. We freezed ourselves and waited for them to provide portable heating, hence they sent two heaters which couldn't even heat a single square foot. Hence, we moved to Hotel Asian Park, which was worse!
