Checked in and got to the rooms and oh my god it really was awful and so small and cramped. Worst service. They are not provided me proper rooms. Very bad experience. Location of hotel also not good. Worst service. They not changed my room on my many request. Photos n reality totally different. Toilet condition very bad.

I visited with my family. My mom dad love the hotel and this hotel has all facilities. We booked hotel with added food in our combo. My children enjoyed the place, view of Dal lake from room is really awesome. I would recommend you to come with your children.
