Nice cosy plave. Very clean rooms . Services are also fast . The staffs are helpful. The food was excellent . intitially it was slightly difficult to locate the place . its not on the main road .
But once we are inside the pemises then everythings fall in place . Clean enviroment , cleanliness is the hall mark here . Mr Harsat at reception was always helpful. Overall great place to stay .

We stayed there between Oct 16-19. It was very satisfying and easily our best hotel-stay in Kashmir. The food there is excellent, specially the yummy breakfast. Keep up the good work.
Only downside is the hotel is away from Dal Lake or main bazar area, so if you want to do shopping you have to travel by cars/auto etc

Very poor service. if you are going with small kids or old parents then stay away. No hot water and had to take bath in cold water in chill weather. Had to followup a lot for everything - extra bed, towels, drinking water etc. House keeping staffs are less responsive to questions...

If you plan to visit in Srinagar I personally suggest to people book a hotel shuhul homes in Srinagar best service nice and cooperative staff ossom food the great thing we observed owner have a personal touch with the whole thing will definitely visit again...

Well it was a wonderful experience we were little sceptical about our visit to Srinagar we thought might not stay more.. but shuhul homes was a very homely experience and appreciate the personal attention by the owners they made sure we were comfortable , also staff was very cooperative , we eat jain food and it was completely taken care of and was tasty too with variety .... our commuting was taken care too without any problem instead of shuttle service which was suppose to be provided they gave us personal chauffeur... over all clean tidy comfortable and homely experience .. if u are with family and want a cozy experience u must visit .. shuhul homes @ Srinagar

Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights here after seeing photos on their website..
Completely misleading.
Got Room No 19, 20, 21. Third class room with size smaller than store room.
Rooms were full of mosquitoes so asked for Mosquito Repellent/All out/good night but they told none are left... Means they don't have them per room...
No one bothered to change toileteries - No soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper nothing..
Bathroom-
Never seen a bathroom smaller than this.. No mirror in the bathroom. Unbelievable? Check pic..
Forget about hot water, there was no water at all in bathroom.. Complained about it but no solution..
Got late for sight seeing due to this..
Provided only 1 bottle of water per night. Pay if you want more.
Room so small, we hardly manage to open our bags and had to keep everything on bed.
They didn't even provided Tea/Coffee/Sugar sachets in room.
They did this purposefully so that guest have to call and order and then they say it's chargeable and charge 50 Rs.
When complained about all this, receptionist said guest has to come and request for all this.. Only then they can provide it..

Checkout the size of toilet and room and photos attached.
Avoid this hotel because the photos on their website are misleading.
There are residentials houses in surrounding so no view outside...
