The hotel staff had the real purpose of serving the tourists. The rooms were well equipped, the necessary needs were also provided by the staff. The icing on the cake was the variety in foods, the taste and the hygiene. The food was too too too good. I suggest the readers to book this hotel if you are planning a trip to Srinagar. It has not got any view as such. But at the end of the day of tiring day after sight seeing all that you need is good food and good comfort sleep.

Hello Mam. The apartment was fabulous! It was very beautifully furnished and it overlooked mesmerizing scenery. It was very spacious and the service was also excellent. We are very grateful to the Chef for cooking pure vegetarian Jain meals. All in all, our stay was very comfortable. We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was super helpful, especially the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had an issue with the room size, but they quickly helped us switch to a larger one, The staff was kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The property offers a variety of facilities including a born fire.

For the tariff charged, this hotel is a nothing but an utter waste. Too tiny for 3 person to stay in it. Deceiving pictures in the booking websites, unclean rooms, pathetically shabby extra bed with stains in it, arrogant & ignorant staffs who desisted from even switching on the AC in the reception when we checked in, Lack of coordination within staffs, threatening tone of a supervisor are some of the key features of this hotel.
Fudging food bills - we were added a bill worth of 1300 Rs, when confronted the supervisor pushed us to pay fOr something that we didn't take at all. It involved a Chicken Curry dish on which i debated and finally he had to agree.

This is a newly constructed building with good parking. The view from the room is amazing. It is located away from thr busy roads which give you the real feeling of the mountains. Food was really good and they go out of the way to accommodate you. Please be aware that this is a shared accommodation, more like a service hotel where the living room and kitchen is shared with other guests, if the other rooms are occupied. For us, there was a little confusion with that. The rooms are very clean and tidy and so are the washrooms. The rooms have WiFi. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend staying here.

All the staff were amazing, especially Nisar, Waseem (F&B manager), and Shahid. The location of the hotel is very nice.The rooms are small, making it difficult to accommodate an extra bed when traveling with friends and family. and asked for an extra bed, but the room was too small to accommodate it. Considering this, the price they charged did not seem worth it given the size of the rooms.

Comfortable room for 3 person. Really satisfied with it. Bed is really good. Tv and channel works fine. The interior are modern type which provide more space to repacking stuff in baggages. The reception react pretty fast for request stuff such as iron.
