The hotel is new and beautiful designed. Comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful, no problem in communicating. The breakfast is simple and nice. Wi-Fi access is poor (need to improve).

I stayed here on two separate occasions, first in the summer of 2015 and second in 2017 during the time they were constructing the hotel. The hotel location is central with an easy and quick walk to Dal Lake. I used this as my base location while exploring the beautiful Kashmir valley. It was not a problem to leave some of my bags at the hotel while I went on trips/treks. When falling ill, Fiaz a member of staff helped me by taking me to the local hospital to see a doctor and received medicine. Overall I highly recommend staying here when exploring Srinagar and the Kashmir valley. Make sure you venture out of Srinagar to the mountain areas and visit Aru and trek to “Tarsar and Marsar lakes”, Trek the “The Great lakes trek” (Sonamarg - Naranag) and visit Gulmarg (for winter skiing) just to name a few. There are many more off the beaten track villages and mountain areas to discover and half the fun and adventure is finding those places for yourself!

From start to finish amazing trip. The hotel surpassed all my expectations. Central to everything, excellent customer service and the staff were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to help with my families needs. They organised a guide for us and we will definitely be visiting and staying here again. The hotel itself was clean, neat, tidy. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Great service, friendly, very clean and hygienic. Brand new which was lovely. Could not ask for more. Looking forward to staying in the same room on my return trip in September. My Niyaz was awesome, so helpful and was also our tour guide on request which was great to be able to see a locals view of Kashmir. What a stunning place.
