The location is in the city but those come from big cities may found surroundings conjusted. The lobby and common areas such as dinning hall well decorated and clean. The rooms are sufficiently equiped for night sleep. If you require a kettle and tea sachets you need to inform earlier. Maintainable and cleanliness needs little more improvement. On the kitchen front those who are traveling from Middle and Southern part may need to discuss earlier with chef for their requirement as mostly north indian food is served. No veg was very good. The staff is nice and cooperative.

Amazing hotel with best facilities and very friendly staffs at a reasonable price, we booked a package for 3 days. The GM of the hotel Nadeem was very available, friendly, and helpful at all times. The rooms were neat and disinfected ,the room had excellent heating and hot water in rest room were available 24*7. Kettle was provided. Wifi was also available .The morning breakfast and dinner were really tasty. Most importantly there was no power failure issues.
I would really recommend this place if you are planning for a tour.

The overall hygiene, maintenance and service of the hotel is seriously compromised. The included breakfast at 9 am was cold and nearly finished everyday (Despite availability time till 9.30). The bedsheet and pillow covers were used and filthy. Drawers and cupboards had dust and insects.

The hotel stinked as paint & polishing work was going on. Hot water in bathroom was mildly warm in such a cold weather. They won't come to your room when you ask, and keep knocking at your door in the name of housekeeping when you are fast asleep, despite 'Do not disturb' switched ON. The room door bell didn't work. TV Remote was missing and despite asking for 4 days, they didn't provide it.

Food was the worst part. It's so bad with no taste and cold, no matter what you choose. It wasn't just me, I witnessed guests having brawls with the staff over this everyday. Only thing I liked was Tea (on order). Go for Royal Heritage or another hotel with better services, but NEVER this if you don't want to spoil your mood or Holiday.

We had stayed in Feb for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel has all the facilities one needs- nicee heating system, cleanliness, good food, quick service. On our request, they had arranged for a beautifully decorated candle light dinner with a dry fruits filled cake. The staff is very cooperative and polite. Recommended for stay.

We visited Srinagar recently in June 2021 and stayed at Royal Arabia for two nights. The staff was most cordial and helpful. Hotel Rooms were spacious and well equipped with essentials. The location of the hotel was central well connected with all places of tourist interest. All the rooms at different floors are connected by a nice elevator. The Hotel guys prepared and served the food of our choice which was so yummy. The staff at restaurant was very attentive to our requirements. I have recommended this hotel to few of my acqusintances who are making travel plan to Srinagar soon. I will definitely stay in hotel again during my next visit to Srinagar.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers , even they don’t know how to solve the issue .
We have booked 1 rooms for 2 days,
They wifi not working properly ,
Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge...
Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience.
They don't even deserve 1 star!

I am from Mumbai & I booked this hotel for 1 night but I was surprised by their services & eventually stayed here for 4 nights.
Food is good & you can request them if you want something else in menu.
Safe hain & Kashmiri people are actually very sweet & humble.
All thanks to Ashfaq bhai who made our stay really expectional.
Even I requested him to decorate my room & they did a fabulous job & to make us more happy they shifted us to a bigger room.
Do call them to get the better deal then online.

If you face any problem, they will resolve it quickly.
Aur kya chahiye....I miss Kashmir yaar...

We are a family of 5. We booked a family room with 2 double beds. Instead we got a cramped regular room with one double bed and other pulled out sofa cum bed that was broken. There was no extra mattress or cushioning on the sofa cum bed to make it comfortable. My children suffered 2 nights on the broken sofa since the hotel was full and indifferent to our request. They turn on the central heater in the night for few hours. Hot water is available for 2 hours in the morning and evening. And this is supposed to be a 4 star property as per their online claims.
The bathroom was the dirtiest with pan spit marks on the shower curtains and bucket brown with dirt that was never washed.
Such hotels that look swanky in the lobby but horrible maintainance of rooms thrive due to the deals they have with the travel agents. We learnt our lesson , It’s always best to bet on names you know, especially in touristy places like Kashmir. Instead of going by the reviews on trip advisor.
Their equipment is so old that one of the rooms also caught fire due to faulty electric blanket while we were there. Horrible experience ever.

We stayed in Hotel Royal Arabia for 2 days in July 2021....The hotel staff made our stay very pleasant. The staff catered to all our needs. The hotel room was very clean. The hotel staff did everything to make our stay comfortable..

All Thanks to Ashfaq bhai for making my stay safe and comfortable. Also by offering us complementary breakfast in the morning as we drove nonstop from delhi to Srinagar and reached at 9am. Special thanks to Nawaab bhai for making sure my room stays clear clean and tidy everyday.

Definitely recommended.... شکریہ
