We were a group of 9 persons with 3 rooms 3 nights: Food: Bad restaurant, tasteless & limited menu, restaurant manager and staffs are not courteous at all; if you ask for an omelette in breakfast, they would say it’s not in the menu but if you insist they would take 20-30 mins to bring one. If you ask for toast, they would tell you to get up and take from toaster (indirectly saying it’s not their job). Overall, their behaviour was very cold, unfriendly and seemed like they are always ion some bad mood. Room: We booked 3 rooms, all were nice room but bad room service. Also the temperature control does not work, they say it’s centralized and if you request to change the temperature they would reply that it’s not possible. We had an comfortable stay and staff was extremely helpful specially front office guy Mr Abid Salam ,Mr Zuhaib Ashraf,Mr Sanjeet Kumar are codial and friendly.we would recommend everyone to stay here when you will around Srinagar. Operational manager Mr Adil is very cooperative and helpfull...Zuhaib's smile is awesome and keeps sad away when he smiles...keep smiling

We stayed in this property during our recent Kashmir trip. Our 1st & last leg of journey was in Srinagar and this hotel both the times upgraded us to the same suites. This was a welcome and pleasant surprise as the rooms were extremely spacious for a family with kids. This is an excellent property and is at very convenient location. The front desk staff is extremely cooperative specially Mr Abid Salam, Mr Sanjeet Kumar and Mr Zuhaib. The exterior and interior is very clean and neat and the property is well maintained. The restaurant downstairs decent meals. Would recommend this place to anyone in and around Srinagar !

The hotel is located at the heart of the city. The architecture, staff behaviour and amenities are awesome. Sufficient space for parking. The ambience of the hotel is also wonderful. I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Clarks Inn, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff were incredibly rude and argumentative, with no regard for customer service or basic human decency. They clearly lacked any training in hospitality and had no interest in making our stay comfortable. Hotel was focused solely on making money and was clearly pushing occupants towards the buffet dinner instead of à la carte, when after lot requests and arguments we ordered 1 dal fry they added almost 250gm of fresh geen chilly just to take revenge, photo attached for reference. One simple order takes almost 1 to 1.5 hr. I would strongly advise anyone against staying at Hotel Clarks Inn. The staff's rude behavior and inability to provide basic services make this hotel a complete disaster.…
