It was good to stay there as all the facilities are nice there like Sleeping and cleaning was good. The wifi facility was also there with out any further cost. The Room was furnished and there breakfast and dinner was also good.

One has to think twice before leaving in this hotel. From outside its look nice but as u entered in hotel on reception u dont find anyone. Restaurant is like road side dhaba. No f n b staff was available in restaurant. Cleanliness reqd.

This hotel is located on the way to bus stand. Rooms are good and well maintained . Hot water is available .Food was very delicious . Staff was friendly. We had a comfortable stay there ,will look forward to stay there again.

A hotel which has a very nice hospitality but the maintenance is pathetic .............doors dont close ...........dirty bedsheets ...... ..awful carpets in rooms which they call super deluxe .........all in all the look was dharamshhala but the only stars that can be given is for the hospitality of the staff and the helpful reception

We have been staying in this hotel for many years for our yearly mata Vaishno visit. This time we found the rooms updated with renovated bathrooms . The food was delicious . The complimentary shuttle was on time and available .we are gonna be coming back every year .

I happened to went this hotel on our trip to Vaishno Devi. The service was good and the food was also good. They gave us a ride to baad Ganga and back from it. They even charged less amount (actually one day charge) when we reached hotel @7 in the morning and left next day @ 6 in the evening.... More

Disappointing! The first disappointment was the location as my husband and i intended to walk upto Vaishodevi. There was a lot of distance to the main chowk and then to the entrance of the temple. The hotel was very dirty be the room, towels or the dinner room. They promised to pick up from Banganga as complimentary. When we called the hotel to pick up some 20 minutes before we reaching banganga , the hotel people told us that to call in 10 minutes as the driver will not wait . There was network problem... More

Hotel was located at Katra's entrance making it impossible to sleep as vehicles kept moving all 24 hours with blaring horns. No Food after 10.30pm despite a 24 hr room service promise. Rooms were in bad shape with torn carpets and no electricity backup for geyser. From what could have been an excellent trip, Hotel Basera left no stone unturned... More

I stay there last year in first week of July and I had a great Experience. I was there with my Parents and I wanted a very smooth service for my parents which was possible only with the help of the Hotel Manager Mr. Suri.
