Was there at katra for 3 days 1st day of which I stayed in a different hotel, 2nd day we shifted to arihant and by God what a change it was. Me n my family were exhausted after maa's darshan and best feeling was coming to a power heated bed , good food and well maintained room,. The team was courteous along with the manager Mr.hanif who was super helpful in getting our requests sorted be it travel arrangements or food preferences. A big thumbs up to the entire team.

We are family group of four people we stay at Arihant hotel management and staff all are very polite and helpful. Best place to stay here. When we comes for next time we will definitely stay again here. Recommend to all who want clean and safe hotel in best price.

Even after specific confirmation that we shall reach 5:30 am in the morning, the hotel had no rooms. The owner gave his confirmation on watsapp that the check in will happen early, the person sitting at the desk had no answers. Disgusting attitude and bloody cheats. Took 50% advance as well btw with no refunds.

Had a decent stay. Food was OK. They have window AC, which definitely affect your sleep at night. I was tired so did not tried any outside/nearby food. But you should try the food outside also once.

Staff is good and helpful. Good for group tours. We went there with a corporate group, service is quick . Standard hotel have good food . Not so far from Katra railway station. Location is good . Everything is good only they have dumping area just next to hotel which makes the entrance smelly.
