Don't waste your money. As they have very bad service in everything. 1950s lift .you can stuck in that easily. Even WiFi was not working. Even ac was giving some dead rat smell by switching it on. When I complaint about that they told me they can't do anything. Some how I was able to adjust with my family. Then another day when came back from bhawan. And we all were tirdd.they forecfully make us checkout. By giving some lame excuses. Only because some group were coming and they have taken huge money in advance from them.

Location is good. . Comfortable stay. Excellent property. Food quality good. Smooth Check in and Check out. Staff very courteous. Overall satisfied with my stay. Staff and manager are good in conversation and courtesy. Free pick n drop provided for banganga. Not very costly too. Budget friendly

we were at katra for the first time and we choose dis hotel, the staff is very cordial and they have big rooms, u can also book a 2 bedroom kind of suit if u r family of 4 or more. economical and helpful. its the mkt is jus 2 min walk from here.

The hotel is huge and the management is very polite.Even the rooms are very spacious . The food service is very nice and the people serving it too.Excellent service location and facilities.This was one of the better stays that i have had from most of the other hotels.Will SURELY COME HERE NEXT TIME.

On a holy trip to vaishno devi it was an awsome experience to stay at this hotel. U get the real Indian hospitality of guest is devine types. Very neat and clean premises,sumchuous Indian cuisine,safety for family and kids,a remarkable gestural hospitality and the location of katra are the 5 stars of this hotel...must stay once...u will not step anywhere else on 2nd visit to katra...thanx surya palace for making my trip valuable and memorable.

This Hotel looks decent from outside and when u enter the lobby is also quite good. But is the area where u r not staying . Coming to the rooms they all have same problem i.e Bathroom which is horrible an a nightmare who has gone with the family i changed the room twice and same problem in both. They have no maintenance. Lift of the hotel is an experience of horror show. when u call for hot water the attendant say it will come in 1/2 hr as the boiler is just on. when u call for cleaning the room they say the cleaner will come by 12.00 in the noon. The reception person are so rude that they will dare to ask u why have u not eaten the food in our hotel. The other staff are nice like the serving guy and the guys who board ur luggage. The ac doesnt works in night as there would be no light or they intentionally switch off from out side...god knows. I read the starting review and booked the hotel and then i read the review which were remaining they were all from 2012 n 13 ....so the same problem is continuing form that period. in Short dont go for it and read all the review first.…

I had horrible experience, cockroach in bed; rooms wall paint peeled off; no hot water in shower; lift not working and coming down from steps after darshan was nightmare.. I would never book again in there.

I had been there with my family in April. I must admit we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Rooms were very clean and spacious, staff was also very courteous. Room service was quick and food was good. After Darshan had a pleasant time in the hotel, calm and peaceful. It is definitely value for money. For me this hotel is fixed for all my Vaishnav Devi Darshan in Katra.

i stayed there in december. ambience is good. staff is co-operative. room service is slow but the food is good. rooms are spacious and value for money. location is a bit far from main market but they have FREE car services for banganga and market. overall experience was good.

I am from south india and had come with my family to visit vaishnav devi and stayed at this hotel for 3 days the stay was pleasant and i have to mention the food was really very good.... best part is its location which is very comfortable for the yatra....staff are very polite and helpful....i will definatly visit this hotel again whenever maa vaishnav devi calls us to katra.....highly recommended hotel....
