Visited this hotel earlier this week on a quick getaway to Vaishnodevi. Having reached Katra at 1am we needed a quick sleep over hotel before we started our drive back to Delhi. Quick negotiation led us to a fairly low rate for 7 hours. Reception is average, they have parking for around 14 cars, very thin staff at night as...

I have become so comfortable with this hotel in Katra, that whenever I go to Vaishno Devi, without looking for an option I check-in to this hotel as their services are great with parking as well and a plus point that they are nearby to the entrance gate for Vaishno Devi Temple. I would recommend this as per my experience.

Nice decent hotel with friendly staff and clean room . Hotel was pre-booked by a friend ,however they gladly accommodated to postpone the dates. This is one of the closest hotel from Vaishno Devi. Hotel provided free drop to the yatra slip counter and katra bus stand. There is an in house restaurant and like all other hotels in Katra...

In simple words it was a bad experience. Toilets were stinking, air conditioning not working, person in charge least bothered with what his reception staff has committed to client's, used threatening tone. Not all advised to anyone.

The best part of this hotel is its location. Its one of the last hotel you will find before getting started to trek for Mata Darbar. So you have to take a walk for just 5 min instead of taking any conveyance. Moreover, all of us visit katra for darshan only. So we dont stay in hotels for long. Its...

stayed there for a night while in Katra for Darshan. The rooms are spacious but very unhygienic .The bathrooms were not clean and the blankets they gave were stinking. Then on request they changed the blankets. However they gave complimentary shuttle service to the Helipad. Overall an average Budget Hotel.

When I reach Katra, the only thing I have in mind is the divine journey and the Darshan. All I need is a good night's rest (I prefer to start my journey early morning) and light breakfast to get going with all the energies bestowed by Mata Ji. However, for the benefit of my fellow travellers, it is just an...
