Jewels restaurants is a branch of jammu based jewels group where at one time they were the best. Their restaurant in katra is average as far as the food goes but prices dont match the quality and service. You can have better food and better service at krishna restrestaurant just near to them in katra.

The restaurant is located at a very prominent position at the main town square near the Bus station and Yatra Parchi Counter. We had been at this restaurant earlier also but this time the place looked a bit worn down. The kitchen area wore an antique look. The dishes were just about tolearable. Even the utensils in which food was served were of poor quality. In fact we had to ask for a replacement for a broken plate. Overall the ambience of the place was such that we did not dare venture there a second time during our stay at Katra. This is a case of a prime property going waste and needs an urgent makeover.

This restaurant at the heart of Katra is located close to the bus stand and offers decent food at a reasonable price. This is a self service outlet and the service is quick and the food is good. One cannot miss this place as it is very well located.

We were here with family and every one ordered food of their choice as there is a variety and every one loved the food. The Chaat papri, pizza, north indian food and lot more. This is situated right on the round famous ground near yatra counter.

there is shelf service and will give u all food in one go..no body listens about the complains..charge u prices equal to a medium restaurant but give u treatment like road side dhabha.road side dhabha has one advantage of taste vs this restaurant.

Jewels is our all time favourite whenever we visit Katra for darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi..located near the ticket counter..food is hygienically prepared here..Taste of food is ok..self service is there whenever there is rush but this time since we are here during the lean period they served us.. Experience was as usual amazing.. Menu card for enjoying mouthwatering food..
