We found this hotel truly amazing. It is quite far from Katra city shut their 24/7 drop service is outstanding. Clean Innova car driven by spiffy chauffeurs is very reliable. After darshans we finished our descent at 1 am. We called the hotel 15 minutes before reaching Ban Ganga and car arrived just in time. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The property has huge acreage of land with lot of trees green grass with mountainous topography. Breakfast was disappointing and food rates are in the higher side. So one star is lost on that. No luggage assistance, no room escort, rude staff especially the Manager Mr. Bhardwaj. Don't ever stay in ground floor rooms especially 107 and 109 as they is so much dampness there and one of the guest complaint that there was BAT in their room. Can you imagine having BAT in a hotel room. No housekeeping staff was there. All work is burdened on front desk and security. Front desk manager is wiping the floor, security guard is giving luggage assistance from room to reception when we continuously asked for luggage support. There were ants in our room because rooms are not clean. location is not so good too.

One of the prime reasons that I booked this place was brand Radisson. Sadly, the property didn't live up to it.
I think Radisson should revisit the criterion basis which it hands out licenses. Or at the very least they must ensure proper training to critical staff like the ones behind the front desk.
The property doesn't have a bell desk and the front office staff is unapologetic that guests have to handle their own luggage. In fact, one particular person is outright rude on the matter.
Other than that, the rooms are nice and comfortable.
Another serious issue is the lack of diligence I mean the attention to the small details. Like stain free taps, placement of normal tea bags in the room and not just the green tea. Placing the hand towels and towels prior to check in rather than on request.
Clean coffee / tea stains free cutlery on the tables in the restaurant etc.
There's serious non attention to these aspects at this property.
So basically, what I am saying is NOT that “DON’T stay at this property”. The message that I am conveying is that if you are one of those who have a certain level of expectation when checking in to a Radisson be prepared to be disappointed.

The reason I'm rating the hotel low is because of the utter lack of responsibility and accountability. My wife and I checked into the hotel (Dec 2019) to celebrate our anniversary after a very long and tiresome journey. After check out I noticed that the valet had very badly scratched my car causing the paint to scrape off. I had approached the front desk, the security and also the valet but to no avail. The lady at the front desk (I'm withholding her name in interest of her privacy) made me wait for over 30 mins and showed no concern in trying to resolve my issue. After a long wait when I asked the hotel staff to show me the CCTV footage of the parking lot, I was informed that the security officer in charge of CCTV was on leave ! Which was obviously a stupid attempt and excuse to shy away from responsibility. Radisson is an international brand name and unfortunately the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson Jammu totally lacks professionalism, sense of responsibility and accountability. Very disappointed with the experience, this bad experience completely overshadowed our entire stay at the hotel. I can only hope that at least the branches in other cities are responsible and accountable.

Booked over phonecall and Mr Harpreet Singh had given us very much discounted deal on tariffs and allotted us the best roo in the hotel. Tasty food delicious breakfast in the morning Samira help with the wifi connectivity. Barkha offered us welcome drink upon arrival. Madan bell boy assisted with the luggage. Everything was smooth from the arrival to departures.

I have travelled almost across the globe and I am sure that Indian Hospitality is the best in its own kind.
As per my Tagline I would like to inform the management they have got few gems in the hotel whom they should always try to retain. They believe in making friends with there exceptional service.
I was on a pilgrimage tour to Mata Vaishno Devi and after the long walk we decided to directly come and checkin at the hotel while driving straight from Katra to Jammu. To our surprise the room was an upgraded one and was ready and without waiting for a while even we were given early check-in.
We were greeted and met by Atish & Vinod who just took care of everything after we entered the hotel.
No doubt all the other staffs are also best and no where you will get a feel that any thing is impossible in this hotel. You demand it and you get it.
You stand in the lobby and someone will be there to assist you in no time.
And the icing on the cake is that all this is managed when the entire hospitality industry is working with limited manpower.
I would like to recognise Atish at the reception, Pawan at the Mosaic restaurant, The housekeeping incharge (sorry for missing out his name) who was always ready give a geniune service with a promising smile on his face.
Apart from all of the above I would like to thank Mr. Vinod Bhardwaj who looks after the F&B. Nothing was impossible for him which includes the personalised attention in the busy times when everyone is super busy in serving all the other guests.
It's almost 5 days we have came back to Greater Noida but still we all especially my kid and wife are just cherishing the memory of the beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel , clean rooms with outdoor swimming pool & courteous staff. Thanks to Mr Harpreet who offered us buffet dinner @ the very reasonable price and also help with the internet connectivity when the wifi wasn’t working due to some technical issues but we did our work smoothly by the support of Mr Singh during the stay & he take care of all our needs & called in the room twice to just check out that all is good. We had a memorable stay at the Country Inn. The staff, especially Harpreet Singh Mann at the front desk was extremely hospitable and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. It would be unfair not to mention Suraj ,Nadeem and Bishan who extended a very cordial welcome to us and saw to it that we had sumptuous feasts at their Mosaic Restaurant. The rooms are well equipped with all amenities and more than anything else it was the attitude and nature of the staff that really appealed to us. We wish Harpreet a very bright future. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Due to our frequent visits there the c=Country Inn has become a second home for us.
