This property has great view. Rooms are big and comfortable. Very friendly staff especially Shubham is very helpful and have good knowledge of the places to visit around Manali. The property is also kids friendly. The property needs some maintenance, like AC is ineffective, pool is not kept clean.
We spent three nights at the resort and we loved it. The experience starts when you first enter the place. The small lane makes you already feel good about the place with apple orchards on both the sides. The view from the room is stunning. The sound of the river, the thin layer of snow on the mountains far away and the amazing balcony to view this from ticks mark everything you wanted from a resort in Manali. Though away from the city, we honestly didn’t mind because all we wanted is to unwind and relax and this place just right for that. Plan well so that after Manali sightseeing and Rohtang pass, you still want a day of leisure with these stunning views in the resort. The staff is friendly and polite. Food is very good and the restaurant with a view - you can’t complain about. Calling out Shubham who was super helpful, patient and whatever we requested for - he made that happen with minimum fuss. A great place to be with family and friends. Will certainly come back.…
We visited the resort in April 2022. The property has huge clean and spacious rooms. A Big plus for families. However the pool was dirty. There is no lift so people with old age might find difficult to reach up to the rooms. The biggest draw back was the food aspect. They quality and taste was good however the spread was very limited. They were also very rigid with timings. There were no efforts made to make the situation comfortable for the guest. The manager Mr Shubham was good
we stayed at this property for 2N 3D for my sister's 40th. a total of 26 pax were staying. it is a beautiful property, but the hospitality was below average. First, the buffet lunch that was served was the same that was served for dinner too. they just heated the food and served the same . 2. some villas were a little far from the main lobby. So we either had to walk down or call for a pickup. and here too, unfortunately, the turnaround time was extremely bad and even if the pickup car did come, it was the shabbiest and filthy maintained car. for a group of 4 ppl, we would get 2 ppl to dropped and again come back for the other 2 as u couldn't sit on some seats. and finally the billing. since we had an early departure the next day. we asked them for a final billing the night before. we sat at the reception and got all the bills cleared. after we were back to our villa, a staff came over at 1 am and said they forgot to charge us an extra 30k. we were shocked that somebody would come at that point in time. we got the bills checked and realized they were overcharging us. I would personally not recommend the property and in case you still plan on staying there then please go through your bills thoroughly.…
What an amazing property. Location wise one of the best I ever stayed in, surrounded by mountains, views were incredible, well maintained and what makes it all special is the staff. I would really like to highlight Manoj, Mohit, Damidar, Meen, uttam and the one and only Shubham who took care of everything and ensured we everything we need through out the stay. Kudos to the wonderful team and also the management. Keep up the good work and see you all soon.
An Amazing property amidst fruit orchards. Beautifully built cottages and huge bathrooms with modern amenities. But the most outstanding part of our 3 days stay was some real qualitative food that we had at the property. The owner of the property Mr Khullar is a fine gentleman and has lot to offer in terms of the history of the area and property. A must stay if you happen to visit Manali but between August-March.
The Baragarh Resort is beautiful and peaceful place amongst apple and fruit orchards. It’s surrounded by snow capped mountains and a mighty Beas River. Food, Rooms with Balcony and service of staff was super, warm and welcoming. Shubham (Guest Relationship Manager) was very helpful and gave many options for trekking, camping and day picnic in nearby vicinity. The overall experience was very nice and will look forward to visit it again. Thanks to Team Baragarh Resort
