Abandoned property full of stinking damp walls with fungus. The worst stay I've had in my entire life. Can't trust TripAdvisor anymore with all these ratings. Forget any covid measures, this was almost a haunted property stinking of damp walls which were very very much visible throughout. Not even qualify to be a motel

Worst hotel ever ! It should be delisted from every travel portal. Pathetic food. Pathetic staff. Worst management!!! No water! No power back up. ( always out of order) No chef! No Tea/ Condiments. Had advertised about ‘welcome drink’ Once we got there we got busy with the check in.. after that we asked them for the welcome drink. They said ‘Sir. Abhi to check in ho gaya. Ab no welcome drink’ And there were many such episodes. The worstest of all the hotels we have ever seen. Only location is good.

One of the worst Resort in Manali. We booked a room for a couple during Dec 2020. Their food quality is very poor. Even they refused to provided space to sleep Driver. Our driver has to sleep in the vehicle even at -10 degree celcious. location is 25 km away from Manali , in a forest area and not recommended for couple. Bad experience. I will not recommend this property to my enemy also. Selvaraj, Delhi

It was excellent working with Snow touch resort . We booked 20 rooms on quadsharing . Rooms are very with and with excellent view . River flows nearby. Food was delicious and with lots of variety. Special thanks to Mr.Aditya Sir and Puneet Sir . Both were helpful and always available to help and support. Will definitely come and bring my group's to your hotel.

The hotel property is beautiful. Budget friendly and the super amazing thing is the staff. Nice to talk too and they greet very well. Overall a good experience here. Must try for anyone travelling to manali. The view from the hotel is beautiful and food is quite delicious.

Not Costly - Nice rooms attached with bathroom, my room was on 1st floor, room size large and bed was comfortable. rooms and lobby is clean. Gym also here . Lift facilities are available. morning breakfast was good. It was an excellent property. Humble staff, great buffet . We enjoyed the stay and would recommend every one
