6th Element Cottage, If you are planning for a trip to Manali, this is more than a perfect place to stay. As the name suggests, this place is actually another wonder that everyone must experience. We stayed here for around a month. Right from from our arrival, everything was such an amazing experience. Location is away from the main mall road, you can experience some breathtaking views from every single room. Hosts have tons of experience in this industry and are on a mission to give an "Experience" to every single guest that is staying here. Expecting them to help you plan for sightseeing, taking care of your dietary preference, maintaining hygiene or sanitization is the least which one can expect. They also went an extra mile and arranged a surprise anniversary party for us. Every single weekend, we had some or the other great things planned, be it a Bbq night or going to the top of the village and having a party with bonfire and endless amazing conversations with other guests which you meet which in turn become your best buddies. I will be running short of words to describe it. Its 2020, but the best thing which has happened to us in this whole year is we planned this trip and stayed here at this place with such a great bunch of people. …

We 5 people stayed in this fabulous property from 7th to 10th June 2018. The cottage is located high above Manali town, at Simsa, on Kanyal Road. Our rooms were 301 and 303, which were located in a 3-room wing at the lowest level, accessed by a long staircase down, from the frontage. However none of us had any knee problems and so it was not an issue with us. This wing (rooms 301-303) has the best views from the windows (no balconies) and the maximum privacy. One level down from this wing, is a private sitting area, dining area, and kitchen with a fridge; these can be used by the guests staying in this wing (like us), which greatly added a value to our stay. The views of the Manali town far below and of the majestic mountains high above, from our all-glass windows, was fabulous. The rooms and bathrooms were quite big, well equipped and well designed. Room service was superb, with ever-smiling polite waiters eager to please the guests. Food was very tasty and wholesome. The owner, Mr Sharma, is a nice young gentleman who personally supervised the running of the hotel. He interacted with us every day and queried our feedback and our complaints, if any. The hotel has its own garage in which we could park our Innova car. All in all, we had a marvellous experience. Our only shadow of inconvenience was that (1) our wing of rooms could not catch the hotel’s wi-fi signals, and (2) the hotel does not accept credit or debit cards.... it had to be cash, bank transfer, or PayTM. Hope they rectify these two issues soon!…

so first thing first its not a hotel its a cottage so don't expect hotel like ambience and service. Its managed by the owner of the property Mr.Anshul he is very humble and helpful and can guide you about the places to visit while u r in manali and few youngster (Anurag ,Lucky ,Ankush)who cook and do room service . Location of the property is absolutely beautiful and as its located 3 kms above the manali that is kanyal village the views are breathtaking and scenic .So what i really like about this property was the location The view . The property has two phases the first is classic room that includes breakfast only and promising views from the room few classic rooms are non view room and also the balcony and dinning are common so please make sure you opt for the room with the view..(room withthe view also have common balcony and common dinning area)and the second phase are the deluxe rooms that has bath tub and have personal balcony with breathtaking views .I would recommend this property to the people who are looking to have peace and love to see the view from the room not to the people who wants quick room service as this is a cottages and also i discover that the service is bit slow and also its located on hill top so once u reached here in evening you would not want to go back to the city for dinner at night as its around 3 km steep hill drive ok coming to food its above average we stayed here for five nights and we had dinner almost for four nights ..Its menu has limited option but quite decent ..i would recommend this property for family and couples..best thing exactly opposite to this cottage is the general store . …

Lovely cottages in Dev Bhoomi Manali, beautiful view from the rooms, easy access and good hospitality. If you are looking for a holiday surrounded by nature then stay at 6th Element cottages. Very nice rooms, modern bathroom and good food. If you are a family of 8 person you can take a complete cottage with living room and kitchen as well.
