Worst experience staying in this hotel…i booked the premium room for three days and fully paid for it but once reaches at hotel they provide me normal room ..front manager was so rude ,service of this hotel is very bad ,no cleaness in the room..no fresh towel second days …i called so many times ar front desk and service room but they let me waited so many times …the worst exercise is that i ask them for baby milk but they ask me to pay and plus gst ..what a rubbish service of this hotel ..room washroom was also so old ,floor smelling all time ..i will never stay again this property..good bye manali inn forever
Worst ever service experienced in a hospitality organisation. The inconvenience began with just the stepping into the hotel premises. We were on a family tour with kids and had booked rooms in the hotel for 3 nights, a month ago with full payment in hope that we do not get to face problems after reaching there. But when we reached there we were told that the rooms we had booked were not vacant and we will have to stay in some other room for a night, and then we would be shifted to the rooms we had booked for 2 more nights. The man on the front desk was so rude that he didn't deserve to be talked to. However we protested but in vain and we had to act as per their whims.Then came in scene the services of the hotel. The rooms were pathetic. The dull lighted and poorly managed rooms were themselves shouting for maintenance from long it seemed. The buffet in the morning did not have much variety to choose from and the taste of the food was so terrible that we ended up having only bread and boiled eggs for two days for breakfast . Added to it was the delay in service that seemed copying the walk of the tortoise. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes for a cup of tea during breakfast. Last but not the least the review deserves the mention of the experience of room service. They didn't keep towels in the room after cleaning the room. While having bath when I noticed it, I called th reception for towels and they said it would be provided in a minute. But that minute never came. I dialed the reception thrice for it but instead of sending the towels they disconnected the phone line of our room. After bath when I reached out to the reception in person and began to get angry for it, they said that all their towels were soiled and they did not have clean towels. I pray, I do not get to have such an experience ever again. Had there been negative star rating option , I would have rated the hotel with it, but since the least is a single star, I rate it with…
Very worst experience go in that hotel. We went there with family for 3 night. Booked rooms advance payment but while visited alloted that rooms to others and after that long journey we had waited for long time in lobby,.....apart from that they talked rudely for anything.........Even they didn't clean ours room....not changed towel and didn't provide other supplementary
Very cooperative front office and reservation staff Very courteous staff Good n Reasonable Food Good lounge with Reasonable rates for drinks Well that's all positive side However , Rustic rooms, very old furniture n fixture but maintained Hotel needs to be modernize, a very basic non maintained lawn in name of open space No proper ventilation in passage areas Rooms needs a makeover Petrol pump nearby n car washing center opposite to Hotel n not so welcoming view through windows ...though you can see the water stream Easy access to market n other areas , Good connectivity n taxi avaibilty Good Management, an option for budget travel
We stayed in Manali inn for 7 days and had a wonderful time. They upgraded us to their suite room which had a good view. Clean and sanitized hotel with helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
We visited as a family and stayed for 3 nights really enjoyed their lounge for dine n dance . Staff is cooperative and food was excellent .we really like this hotel and recommend to fellow traveler to stay.
Great memories beautiful hotel Well me and my wife went there for our honeymoon, not to forget the delightful memories we made there, we had our own private car from Chandigarh to Manali than Shimla back than to End it back for Chandigarh, the reception staff is good and the food is appreciated especially the buffet, the guys are really good and nice, beautiful memories were made thanks to everyone and loved our visit there!
It's like the hotel has not gone through maintenace since last two years. We were told mountain view, but from our windows all we saw were generators. Not a single balcony- for a hotel that's supposedly at a scenic location. The location was not great either. No value for money. Staff was nice. That's all.
I had a wonderful experience at the Manali inn .Every staff member is very helpful. check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful. Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful Thank you! Will recommend to my friends & family members also.
Went to this hotel in march ending with my office team. Everyone in hotel staff was cooperative and very professional. I never heard "No" to any request of ours. Right from check in to check out everything was perfect. 1 room out of the 10 we booked had some problem with washroom. On bringing to their notice, immediate action in the form of room upgrade was taken. The night club inside the hotel is really nice. Over-all experience was 10 on 10. Not to forget Mr. Gautam and Mr. Joginder helped in every possible way to make our Group stay memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR LOW BUDGET AND HIGH EXPECTATIONS.
